“I will remember to read your book, I agree” he stated wiping away my tears. His warm and sweet touch made my heart feel like I had stabbed someone. A punch in the stomach was all I needed to burst into tears.

“WHAT DO YOU AGREE WITH?!” I shouted as he was taking the first steps off the stairs. He walked away like he wasn’t hurt, didn’t I hurt him? “I agree that love doesn’t last” is the last thing he replied as he walked out of my life.

----The End---

Afterlife- Author’s point of view
Jeno and Y/n had a rough end when it came to their love story. One felt like they could be more than partners, the other one felt pain when he walked out of her life for good.

Ever since Jeno left Y/n alone on the Effiel tower, they haven’t spoken or seen each other. Mark and Y/n worked hard to develop their relationship in a good way.

While Renjun and Heachan finished their book just liked Chenle finished producing his movie with Aria, Jisung, Jaemin, and Jeno.

Jaemin and Jisung kept on acting in movies. Chenle was rich as hell making money out of every movie he made. When he managed to convince Y/n to make her book a movie.

Jeno declined the offer saying he had a bigger role in a movie that was cast in Italy about mafias. But truly he didn’t wish to see Y/n and destroy her life like he felt like he once did.

Y/n desperately wanted to see Jeno that she was willing to do anything. Jaemin talked with her and asked her to move on from it since she did choose Mark and not Jeno.

Aria confronted her mother about her relationship with Jisung with Y/n on her side. She got her mother’s approval and is back in the music industry. Aria’s relationship with Jisung also became public.

Y/n finished her book with a sad ending based on reality. She wrote that the two main characters had chosen different paths and that the main female character already dated someone and by the time she fell for that person.

She is now writing a book on her name after making Love doesn’t last a big hit. Both Mark and Y/n worked hard as a team and managed to earn a lot of money. Jeno was still an actor aiming for bigger roles and having fans dying for him.

He and the rest of the boys found comfort and joy when it came to trying something new out. They auditioned for a Kpop group called NCT dream and now they are even more famous. Each other their talent was shinning.

Mark and Jeno were casual like always not mentioning or talking about Y/n whenever they were near. A choice was made and it had its results and outcomes. Just like Y/n wrote in her book. “Love doesn’t last”
