Chapter One.

The beginning of The Story.

An ugly duckling became the most beautiful swan that every duck in the pond envied. But no one knew what the swan had to go through to get to where she is now.

Arian is the ugly duckling in this story but will she ever become the swan she wishes to be?

Being fat isn't what Arian wanted to be all her life. But what happens when two families try to bring two incomparable people together?

She was overweight because of the way she used to eat. It all started with a small bite then it turned into a big one.

Arranged marriage is common among families who know that their kids will never disappoint them.

Arian was madly in love with her father's best friend's son Theo. Cliche right?

Ever wondered what would it feel like to marry the love of your life? Arian looked like a princess even though she didn't feel like one.

The question is why?

Well, Arian isn't the typical girl you see on Instagram or even Snapchat.

She hated the way she looked. Being fat made her an easy target for bullies in school and even at home. Having a sister who looked like a model while she looked homeless wasn't something that any girl would want to have.

When it came down to who was marrying Theo Walcott, Arian was the perfect candidate for him. Being in the same business as he is and knowing the family business made her a perfect wife for Theo.

Today was the wedding of Theo and Arian. But instead of a lavish wedding that their parents wanted, Theo didn't want to get embarrassed by the fact that he married a fat woman whom he didn't love.

Arian's sister Veronica looked like a model with every man looking at her but what's beauty without brains?

Being a top model, she knew that she would get any man she would want to have but she wanted Theo.

"Do You Theodore Christopher Walcott take Arian Mariana Foster to be your loyal wedded wife?".

The judge asked Theo who couldn't even look at his bride as he was ashamed of the way she was.

Fat.

Arian knew that Theo might never love her or even look at her as a husband looked at his wife. She also knew that Theo married her to please his family.

"I do".

Behind them were their parents who were happy to have their kids married and the two companies emerged as one. But Veronica hated Arian because of getting married to someone that she fell in love with.

She fell in love with him because of how rich he was. And all the money he is to inherit.

"Do You Arian Mariana Foster take Theodore as your loyal wedded husband?".

"I do".

Arian replied with a huge smile on her face but it became a frown when she saw Theo looking at her disgustingly.

"I now pronounce you Man and Wife. You may kiss your bride".

Kissing wasn't something that I wanted especially the way she is. Unlike her sister who looks like a hot model.

Theo turned to his wife and kissed her. He felt something in that kiss but in Theo's mind, he will never love someone who looks like a pig.

Why did I even say yes to this marriage when she isn't someone I want to spend the rest of my life with? She isn't someone you could take on business dinners and introduce to your friends as your wife. These were the thoughts running through Theo's mind as they walked towards their parents waiting for them.
