Chapter Nine.

It Should Have Never Happened.

Everyone will tell you that the truth will set you free but what you didn't know was that the truth will lose a lot of people in your life.

Arian and Theo arrived at his farm. He had planned for her to be with him without any restrictions or even distractions from anyone.

Not her sister.

Her so-called boyfriend

And their parents.

It has been almost two days since they arrived at the farm. Arian loved being there feeling free and having no stress at all.

She didn't have to think about anything but herself. She did call Liam to let him know where she was but the problem is Arian didn't tell him who she was with.

"Hey what would you like to eat for lunch?", Theo asks her.

"Why are you doing this? Don't you remember calling me fat and ugly? Or the time when you told me that I looked like a house? Why now Theo?", Arian asks him.

"I am...."

"Stop right there, Theo. I don't want or even need your apology. I want you out of my life. I am with a man who loves me for me and not just because I lost weight. I love Liam because he taught me to love myself and to value who I am. He isn't superficial like you going after women who are skinner, pretty, sexy. He found me broken and healed me with his patience and love. I fall in love with him because he saw the real me. The fat, the ugly, and the no so sexy. All I want from you is to sign those divorce papers when we get back and for you to get the hell out of my life", Arian shouts at him. She then turned to him and shook her head and went back to her room.

Tears appeared on his face knowing that he was hurting her. No amount of apology would make the insults he had given her when they were married.

Theo needed to make it right by her.

I don't even know her favorite foods or anything that she likes. She is right am the worse person in the world.

Theo decided to make her some food and brought it to her room.

He knocked and then opened the door letting himself in.m Theo found her on the balcony she was sitting looking at the field.

"Hey, I knocked. I brought some food for you. I will leave it here for you", he tells her placing the tray on the bed.

"Can I ask you something and I need you to be honest about it?".

"Yes".

"Why did you cheat on me instead of just leaving the marriage?".

"I don't know. Maybe because I needed someone to come home to every night...."

"That's no a valid reason, Theo and we both know that. You could have divorced me and married Veronica instead. But in a way you did help me find the person that loves me for who I am and who I was. So for that thank you".

"I know that saying sorry wont making things easier but am sorry for what I did to do", he explains moving towards where she was. He then sat beside her taking her hands into his.

"Appologizing starts when you are true to your feelings and when you are willing to change for yourself, not for me. For you", Arian tells him.

"Give me a chance. Just one change to show you that I have changed. To show you that I love you", he tells her as he puts both of his hands on her face pulling her closer to his face.

As their lips touched Theo started kissing her pouring everything he felt into that kiss.

Arian immediately pushed him away.

"That was a mistake", Arian tells Theo putting her hands on his chest and trying to push him away but he didn't even move an inch.

"I have a boyfriend and we are divorced. This is wrong", she tells him closing her eyes and shaking her head. She then opened her eyes, seeing that Theo's gaze never faltered.

"I have to go. That was a mistake", she runs away but Theo started following her.

"Stop, it is my fault not yours...."

"For once in your life you have spoken the truth Theodore Walcott", a voice spoke that was coming from behind Arian.

Arian slowly turned around to see who it was.

Liam.

"What are you doing here?", Theo asks him.

"I am here to take Arian..."

"The weekend isn't over yet. It is just Sunday. Tomorrow will be the last day. She stays...."

"She goes".

"Liam, please calm down. Let's get through this day and tomorrow we will leave and Theo will sign the divorce papers", Arian explains to them.
