- Audition Day -

It's Friday morning and the auditions for the solo song duet. I'm so tired and really don't want to do this but I have no choice. Chan texted me early in the morning saying, 'good luck' and that he was sorry he couldn't see me before the auditions. Elle decided not to text me since she knew I didn't want to do this in the first place because normally on situations like this Elle would text me some words of encouragement.

I walked over to the JYP building and went straight to the practice room where auditions were being held. It was about 11:45am and the auditions started in 15 minutes. I started warming up but didn't really do much since I knew I was going to be the first one cut out. I haven't practiced the choreo in 2 days and I was so busy with other Stray Kids choreography that I didn't think I remembered anything. When the clock hit 12pm, Hyunseok came in with one of his assistants, Stray Kids' choreographer but behind them was Han Jisung. Oh, so it's Han's solo song. I wasn't expecting that but now I really don't want to get this lead.

Honestly, I don't hate Han and it's nothing personal to him but his personality to the opposite of mine. He like Elle but I can deal with her, Han is too much, and I don't even like being in the same room as him. Plus, he annoys me a lot and I really don't want to be partnered up with him. I just hope he gets one of these nice and great dancers who really want this part. They all would do so well for this, at least better than me.

After introductions and small talks, Hyunseok explained how the auditions were going to work. Basically, since there were 16 girls, they decided to evenly split it up. The first round was going to be four groups with 4 girls in each group. Then 8 girls will get eliminated and that leaves 8 girls for the second round. After the second round, 5 girls will get eliminated which leaves 3 girls for the last round.

Currently we are in the last round and all the girls are still in the practice room just watching the auditions go because they're all curious how the top 3 will dance. Still this is the last round of the auditions, Hyunseok said that they would pick who the lead is based on these three girls. It was very nerve wracking for those in the top 3. Two of the girls were visibly nervous and you could tell they were trying to get into focus mode. The third girl, however, didn't look nervous, only confused. Mainly because the third girl was me. Me. (Y/N) (L/N). How the fuck did I make it in the top 3 when I didn't even try.

I couldn't believe I was in the top 3 and I tried retracing my steps to see what I did to deserve this spot but still couldn't see anything logical. Since I was so in my thoughts, I didn't realize Han was talking to the three of us, but I did snap out of it because Minki - Stray Kids' choreographer - started talking. "Okay girls. Congrats on making it to the top 3. Even though you're here doesn't mean you shouldn't give it your all. There will be an addition to this round. You girls will have to freestyle it at the end of the choreography for at least 30 seconds or more if you would like, just so we can get a feel of your styles." We all nodded and started getting ready to perform this for the last time, I mainly wanted to get this over with, but I couldn't rush this sadly.

We were all performing separately, and I ended up being the first one out of the three of us, so I walked to the middle of the practice room ready to get this over with. Taking a deep breath, the music started, and I started dancing. After 10 seconds I started getting into my dance mood and ended up blacking out again like when I was at the BigHit audition. I didn't even realize the song was over until I heard clapping from all around me. I guess I ended up freestyling without even thinking about it. As I was looking around, the two girls that were in the top 3 looked scared, this confused me a lot, but I just ignored it and walked into a corner and sat down watching the rest of the girls.
