Today is the day. I can't believe I did this. Why do I agree to stupid shit? I went downstairs to eat the pancakes my mom made. I sat down at the table and started eating.

"Mom I'm going to a party today," I said. She didn't question it. Actually she didn't say anything at all. Instead, she looked at me and showed me a picture of the color changing dress that I had already seen on Twitter.

"What color is this?" She asked me. "Black and blue..." I answered. That is honestly the color I see it. "How do you see black and blue? It's gold and white!" She exclaimed. I shrugged and ate the last bite of my pancake.

I went back upstairs and texted Iris to ask if it was ok to go to her house and finish the project. She said yes so I changed into a pair of clothes.

"And done!" Said Iris. We are completely done with the project. "Yay!" I responded. Hopefully we get a good grade. We worked really hard on it.

"Do you want to go to the mall and buy clothes for the party?" She asked. "I don't have any money," I told her. "It's fine. I'll buy it!" She said. "Are you sure?" I asked. "Yep! It's fine!" She smiled.

Her parents let her use their car so we drove to the mall. "So, what do you want to wear?" She questioned me. I really didn't know. But I do know I'm not wearing a dress. "Probably just a shirt and shorts," I answered. She nodded. "That sounds good. I'm probably going to wear a dress," She explained.

I ended up getting a oversized light pink sweater type thing and some shorts. Oh my god what am I doing! I'm going to look like a slut! Oh well. I've regretted enough things this week.

Iris got a tight black dress. It was really cute. I don't think I could work it, but she can. She also got a headband with a black bow on it.

I checked the time. 5:31. 3 more hours until the biggest mistake of my life happens. I'm so scared. I know I shouldn't depend on someone, but I really hope Crawford does show up.
