Chapter 9

I CHANGED THE DATE OF THE CONCERT TO SEPTEMBER 2. LET'S PRETEND THAT IT'S A Monday.

Our hands were locked as we were walking into Scarletts house. I opened the door. No one is in sight. "They all must be downstairs." Sanders announced.

I nodded and walked to the basement still holding Sanders hand. We got to the small, dark basement when Jay spoke, "Did you guys hook up or what?"

I hit him and laughed. He flashed his perfect smile, "Hey, you aren't wearing any make up!" he pointed to my face.

I shoved his finger away, "Yeah... I took it off."

That's when I noticed a new face. The people that were in Scarletts basement were Sanders, Jay, Aniston, Scarlett, Elora, me, and a girl I've never seen before. Sanders must have noticed the new girl too because he pointed to her and asked who she was.

"I'm Andee." she said smiling as she moved a piece of hair out of her face.

She was pretty. She had medium-length, dark brown hair and braces. She was wearing a long-sleeved shirt that in big white lettering said "Black Veil Brides." she was wearing black skinny jeans with bright pink spiky heels. "Cool shirt." is all I said to her. She thanked me then Sanders and I sat on the stairs since the futon was occupied by everyone else.

"Andee is new. Today was her first day. Me and her have like five classes together." Jay said to us winking at Andee. She blushed and hid behind her dark hair.

I rolled my eyes. "So, Andee, what are your favorite bands?"

She smiled. "I love Black Veil Brides, Falling In Reverse, and Blood on the Dance Floor. Oh! And Demi Lovato. I love her. She's a big inspiration."

I smiled back at her. "That's awesome!"

Scarlett spoke up. "So about the concert..."

"Oh yeah! Well we can take my moms car. It can fit seven people in it. The concert will start at 4:00. I was thinking that we should leave at around 2:30 since it will take an hour to drive there." I announced unnaturally happy.

Jay got off the black futon and stood next to Sanders and me. "Okay and I was thinking we could just ditch school and go to laser tag then go somewhere really fancy for lunch."

I laughed. "And where are we going to get the money for this?"

"Rob a bank." Jay said as I rolled my eyes. "My mom gave me $250."

So we got the entire plan figured out. We decided to all pretend to go school the day of the concert then all meet at Scarlett's house since her parents will be out of town. We are all going to take my moms car since it can hold seven people and go to laser tag then Olive Garden. Everything is going to be perfect!
