Christmas 2020

The long wait is over! The Lord is here! 🙏💖
MERRY CHRISTMAS 🥳🎉🎊🍾

Sa kabila ng lahat, napakarami nating rason upang magpasalamat!

Thank you Lord. Forever grateful po!
Hindi ako magsasawang maglingkod sayo.
Pahinga saglit, tas serve ulit.
Thank you for those people na binigay niyo po this year sa buhay ko. Napakadaming aral, saya at kilig. Ayiiieeee 😍
Amen.

The 4 weeks of Advent taught us how to HOPE in God amidst our personal countless problems for us to build a FAITH that believes and trusts in God’s promise to end all of these problems and be with us forever. The fruit of these unconditional HOPE and unceasing FAITH is our tremendous JOY of knowing that God will never fail us and never leave us alone. Thus, this JOY made our heart PEACEFUL and, in this PEACE, our hearts become pure making our hearts able to feel and see God, Himself. God is already here! Jesus is waving at you! Let Him enter, make your heart at peace.

Why there is Christmas? Why did God choose to let His Son be incarnated as a man? Brothers and sisters, IT WAS BECAUSE OF LOVE! 💖 For God so loved the world that He gave us His only Son (John 3:16). Christmas reminds us of one essential thing: it is to have a HEART like God. We are called to LOVE unconditionally. In the Gospel we witness that Mary and Joseph, when giving birth to baby Jesus, experienced rejection. Yet, they chose to be humble. This was all because of LOVE. In times when we feel that we are rejected, do not forget that there is a God who LOVES you very much and so, be humble. In times when the world seems to be cruel to us, remember that God will never leave you for He loves you very much. In times of need, do not ever forget to ask God because He loves you very much. We are called to imitate this LOVE of God for us.

Christmas is not the end. Christmas is just the start. The birth of Jesus marked the start of the joyful childhood of Christ, the fruitful public ministry of Christ, the tragic suffering and death of Christ and the glorious resurrection of Christ. If Christmas is Love, this means that, like Jesus, we must LOVE in times when we are joyful and, even, suffering for us to be glorious like Him. Let us always LOVE! In everything that we do, there must be LOVE: Love to God and our neighbors. 💕

PRAYER:
God our Father, every year we rejoice as we look forward to this feast of our salvation. May we welcome Christ as our Redeemer, and meet him with confidence when he comes to be our judge, who lives and reigns with you and he Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
