Lilac was just getting the last sheep into the pen. "That should be it. I'll just get going now." Lilac tried to leave as fast as she could before the old farmer tried to give her any more work to do. "Now hold on. I believe I have one more thing." He said to her as she was trying to take her leave. "I'm sorry. I really don't have the time to-" Lilac was cut off by the sound of a grown man screaming. "I need to go!" Lilac needed to see what was going on. Either way she knew somehow that the bounty hunter was involved.

As soon as Lilac tracked down the source of where the scream came from she figured out that it actually came from the bounty hunter itself. Hendrick had someone pinned to the ground but an arrow was struck through his right shoulder. "WHO DID THAT!?" He was screaming at everyone as he snapped the arrow and pulled it out.

His right shoulder fell completely limp and was dangling to his side. "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" Hendrick started to scream at everyone who was watching. The pain was distracting Hendrick so much that he didn't realize that the man he had pinned to the ground got up again.

Before the bounty hunter realized it, a punch was thrown his way.

"How about you just leave our town. That'll be better for all of us." The man he had pinned to the ground before knocked one of his teeth out. All of Hendrick's anger went away for just a moment and he grinned. "I see now. You're all just protecting him. You'll all die like him too!" Hendrick tried to stab the man with his saber but Lilac came over and held his arm to prevent it from going forward.

Lilac held his arm back until there was a long enough distance between the two men. "This isn't our target. Leave them alone!" Lilac was screaming at the psychotic bounty hunter before her. The man laughed it off. "HA! You're the one who paid me for this job! Anything I do today will be on you!" He screamed at her.

"Going after other people wasn't part of the deal." She scolded him. "Maybe it wasn't. But I bet you anything that you were planning on betraying me right?" Lilac was dumbfounded. "How did you know about that!?" "I ain't stupid lass. Everyone I've always worked with backstabs me! That's how it goes!" Hendrick looked at his surroundings a bit more looking at the scared faces of everyone watching.

"I have a secret of my own. Do you want to know how I got this information on Jordan so quickly?" Lilac was confused but she reached for her hatchet as if something might happen. "I made a deal with someone as soon as I told them who you were after. They gave me way more gold than you did!" Before Lilac realized it the town was being filled up with knights that came roaming in out of nowhere as if they were waiting for the right moment.

Every civilian was making their way back inside their homes hoping they wouldn't be caught in the crossfire of whatever might happen next. As soon as Lilac got her hatchet out, she dropped it to the ground. She was completely outnumbered and she couldn't even begin to count how many knights there were.

One of those knights seemed different from the rest. They were a lot smaller and seemed to be the one in charge. She walked up next to Hendrick and took her helmet off. It was an old dwarf with dreads. Lilac thought something was off about her. Her pupils were completely pink which was an unusual color for eyes. "I'm going to begin by asking you a very obvious question. Why exactly are you after Crystal?" Daika asked Lilac with a smile.

Lilac didn't even know what to say. She didn't understand how everything could go so wrong so quickly. Everyone suddenly heard another voice from above. "I'm the one you're after right!? So just leave everyone alone!" Everyone turned their attention to one of the building's rooftops. Jordan was standing there with a bow in hand. "You were the one who shot me!" Hendrick yelled at him. "I'll do it again too!" Jordan said with a snarky grin just before he disappeared from view.
