It's been a whirlwind a lot has happened the tension between Kilroy and lion had escalated now it was becoming unbearable I tried to not pay attention to it although lion has added even more security onto me so it had become hard to get around college when you have four bodyguards following your every move.
I just wanted it to be over so I can just enjoy life again but the rational side of my brain understood the danger that would come with having no security I would become a main target and it wouldn't take much however I am enjoying college I'm working towards my teaching degree meaning I'm closer to becoming a teacher and lion is working hard in his course too we still live in the house as we go to the same college which is twenty minutes away. We were currently sitting in the kitchen with lion's parents going over what we wanted to do with the wedding and rehearsal.
"I feel like we should postpone it. I just don't think it is safe enough for us to have a big event yet until we have sorted this Kilroy business out" I say as I turn to Vanessa but she holds a shocked face.
"no why should you have to postpone it we have everything ready for this and anyway everyone will be safe" I knew she would say to carry on because it was the only thing she could speak about so I felt it only be right we should at least go through with our plans also I didn't want to have to rearrange everything last minute.
"Ok we will go through with the wedding plans if we can up our security just so I know everyone is safe as my parents have no clue that you are involved with the mafia and I would like to keep it that way for a while until I can fully explain it to them" I say setting my conditions for it to go through which everyone agrees to I finish off my dinner heading back to our room so I could get everything ready for tomorrow now that the rehearsal dinner was going to happen I spend the next few hours calling people up to make sure they knew that the dinner was happening and ask if the venue was still ok hosting the event and the other million things I had to get done luckily though lions mom took a bunch of the tasks off my hands and started helping while lion and his dad made sure there was going to be extra security and was talking business I was glad that this would all be done soon so I can enjoy married life and get back to my studies.
I finished off the last thing on my list before trudging my way to bed hoping to get some well-deserved sleep just as I was about to go through the bedroom door, I bumped into to something rubbing my eyes I looked up to see lion chuckling at me opening the door he gestured for me to enter and I do too tired to tease him or berate him and jump under the covers leaning into lion who got into the bed beside me I always fell asleep quicker if I fell asleep on his chest, sleep comes quick and its delightful knowing I'm going to need the sleep due to the busy day tomorrow however it was all going to be worth it in the end to call lion my husband.
The morning looked lovely outside showing how much of a good mood I was in I grabbed my comfy clothes I had set out from the closet and made my way to the bathroom getting ready for the day making sure to grab my dress bag off the bathroom door because I needed to take it to the hotel so I could get changed there later as I was going to be going to the venue with lion and his mom to organize the tables and make sure everything went smoothly.
