Having Vinni in the house to help out with planning has made it a lot more manageable and it also helped that the gang liked her too which I knew would happen anyway because she is fun and outgoing like some of them.
It's like having my sister back and it is refreshing and fun. So, I decided I should take her out to show her how much it meant that she was here with me so I took her to a local restaurant not far away from the house and anyway lion was busy sorting his work out due to the fact that they had a big shipment coming in and needed to be ready and I didn't want Vinni exposed to it seeing them all rile each other up for the mission ahead I have become used to the life now or well a lot more adjusted I just try to keep myself away from that life as much as possible.
I had finally found a place to park as it had happened to be around lunch time, it was cute and cozy as we made our way inside, I had spotted this place a few times me and lion had gone out and I always wanted to go in but lately we have been too preoccupied with the wedding plans. although we were young, he said he wanted to be married for a long time like his grandparents it's a family tradition his mom and dad married young and his grandparents so I couldn't argue with that who could deny getting to marry the man who saved her multiple times and helped her get back on her feet

We had planned this lunch together last night as seen through our matching attire of light blue denim it was cute at the time as if she had transferred me back to what I should have been like in school but was ruined however I pushed back the bad memories that clouded my mind and focuses on Vinni her purple hair pulled in to a top knot and mine down in my usual waves contrasted against the exposed brick on the walls.
"So Vinni what have you been up to?" I asked curiously hoping that she did well since I haven't seen her since I had gone on the date with lion.
when he surprised me with Vinni so I have no clue what else she has been doing now she has moved back. She looked like she wanted to tread carefully due to me struggling with things back here but I just sent her a nod to let her know it was ok to talk about it around me and I was not going to break into tears at the fact that I couldn't do any of that I have the rest of my life to experience all of this.
The way she lit up every time she mentioned about high school and then travelling around New York doing different acting gigs as she always aspired to be an actress but she talked about the fact that she only got to experience that because her dad felt like he needed to say sorry so he booked her a flight and helped find her some acting gigs while she was there It filled my heart with pride that she was happy and doing what she loved and that she was happy to be back.
She had stopped talking when I looked up and she was what could only be described as in deep thoughts with her hands neatly rolling in her lap as If asking herself if she wanted to go on with her story but I encouraged it as I was now finally happy too.
"Ok I can't hold it in anymore I am with someone who is amazing and treats me like a bloody queen" a girly scream came from me alas I looked at her.
