So my mom is doing a bit better with the whole nonbinary thing.
Yesterday we were looking through my old year books, and saw the picture of my nb friend. And this was a bit of the conversation we had.
"No, I don't think she was at your birthday party."
"They"
"Sorry, they. But back then it was she right?"
"Yeah but now it's they."
"Yeah, ok."
So I still think it's a bit confusing for her and she doesn't understand, but she's trying to.
