[ Four Days Later ]
"Naruto!"
"Sora!"
"Hi- Ack! Papaaaa~!" He sighs while flipping a page in his book, keeping his grip on the leash he bought for her. It wasn't like a dog's leash but one specifically for children. He could also store stuff as there was a small backpack with the leash.
He pulled on the thread while she tried running forwards to Naruto and his teammates.
"Boss," Pakkun snorted. "Let her go, she's a pup."
"I'll put you in one too, Pakkun."
"As if," The dog growled. "If my paws are ruined because of you, i'll cancel our contract."
"Hn."
"Tch."
"Pakkun!" Sora pouted and fell to the ground, a small frown on her face as she gave up on reaching the Uzumaki.
"Sorry, pup. Your fathers being a jerk."
Naruto giggled and ran forwards instead, making her light up and jump up, with her arms spread out wide.
"Naruto, hug me!"
"Sora, you're so adorable!" He squished the much smaller girl in his arms, cooing softly while Kakashi sighed and tugged on the leash.
"Alright, enough. You'll squish her Naruto." Both Naruto and Sora looked at him and stuck their tongues out, clearly not caring for his words.
A little irked by them, Kakashi harshly tugged on the leash so she would literally come flying right to his arms. Sora giggled and wrapped her arms around his neck, smiling cheekily.
"Missed me already, papa?"
"Mhm."
"Understandable. My presence alone can cure your depression." He perked up a little and rose his eyebrow at her with narrowed eyes.
"Depression? I am not depressed." Her small hand pat his head and she smiled.
"Whatever helps you sleep at night, papa. Except my soothing voice of course." He huffed and walked up the stairs after bidding his team goodbye, heading towards the academy doors.
A few of his colleagues sent strange and odd looks as he first entered a room where all the sensei confirmed the admission. While doing so with his daughter on his hip, Kakashi and a few other jonin conversed casually until one from the stone scoffed at the snow haired girl.
Sora felt her father's hands grip tighter on her hips and his emotion grew a little annoyed. Sora didn't want to be the cause of her father's anger, so when Kakashi asked the male what his problem was and he answered with quite a sexist answer, she immediately grinned.
