Chapter 26

louis’ Pov

“louis!” harry yelled while speeding towards me. I tried to get up again but I had no strenge because of the vervein in my system. Liam Derek and zayn sped towards Mira’s body. I glanced over at Ella. She still didn’t move.

Without answering anybody I tried to get to Ella. The boys remembered Ella as well and sped towards her.

Niall picked up her limp body, but it was lifeless. I got this weird feeling when niall picked her up. I didn’t want her to be in his arms.

Stephanie helped me up. Once I reached Ella. I took her from niall’s arms. She was barely breathing and her heartbeat was so low you wouldn’t even notice it was beating.

“let’s go” liam stated. He took Ella from me because he knew that I was too weak to carry her. Harry and niall helped me standing on my feed. And with the help of niall and harry, I sped behind Liam.

Liam’s Pov.

Ella was barely breathing, you could barely feel that she had a pols. Louis was too carry Ella! He couldn’t even stand up normally. 

I took Ella from Louis and sped away. like 10 seconds later we arrived in our old house. I laid Ella on the couch. And bit my own wrist. I put it against her mouth. But she didn’t react. She was just laid there, lifeless.

Suddenly I felt her drinking a little bit. I sighed in relief. Not a minute later louis sped inside. Clearly healed from the vervein.

I pulled my arm slowly away. Ella’s wounds were almost healed but she still didn’t move! I didn’t know if she would be alright. normally when a human drinks vampire blood, your heartbeat speeds up a bit.

But Ella’s heartbeat stayed low. Her breathing was still weakly and she was completely pale. Louis pushed me aside and picked up Ella and held her close to him. he started crying. I looked back at the other boys and Stephanie and we all left louis alone with Ella.

Louis’ Pov

I didn’t have to read Liam’s mind! I knew Ella was still dying. She was so weak! And she still is. I picked her up and hugged her lifeless body tight. Tears started slipping of my face.

Everybody left the room. Leaving me with Ella alone.

I didn’t want Ella to die! This is all my fault. I didn’t let Ella go of me. I wasn’t going to let her go. I can’t let her go.

Suddenly I felt her heartbeat speed up to the normal speed. Her breathing got stronger. I pulled Ella a little away so I was looking at her. A smile formed on my face.

She started blinking slowly and finally managed to open her eyes completely. Without thinking I pulled her back into a strong hug. Till I felt her body tense up. I pulled away. and I looked into her eyes. I saw fear. She was scared of me . of course she was! I tried to kill her before.

“Ella please don’t be sc-“ I tried.

“please leave me alone” she begged crying. My eyes widened. Leave her alone? I can’t leave her alone. That literally impossible.

“please Ella just lis-“ I tried again. Slowly getting closer to her.

“get away from me!” she yelled scared.

“Ella please no” I said. But Ella started crying even more with every swift I took closer to her. She coed away from me. but I grabbed her by her wrists and pulled her into my chest.

“please love, don’t be scared of me” I whispered. She tried to get out of my grip. And I let go of her.  She is rejecting me as mate! I broke down crying. Ella looked confused but still scared. she ran to the wall and pressed her back against it, as it would protect her. But she looked at me. confused.

Suddenly the door flung open. Scaring Ella. I looked up and saw harry running towards me and liam ran towards Ella.

“GET AWAY FROM ME!!!!!!!” I heard Ella scream to Liam. I cried even more by the fact she is scared of all of us. Because of me. liam tried to comfort her but she kept screaming.

“get away from me” and she bursted out crying. I wanted to hug her. Telling her it would be okay. But I couldn’t because she was scared the most of me.

Harry bent down next to me. harry pulled me up and went outside with me. Stephanie came inside and went over to Ella!

Ella didn’t know who or what Stephanie was so she wouldn’t be as scared for her. Stephanie took Ella over from liam and liam followed us outside.

Everybody looked at me. waiting for an explanation of what just happened inside.

“Ella being scared of me is the same as being rejected as mate” I managed to sob out. harry hugged me tight.

“I’m sorry” he whispered. I kept crying. I can’t be without Ella! She means everything to me.

Suddenly Derek spoke up.

“we always could…”
