Chapter 7

LUPUS'S POV                              

Shock, confusion, peace and euphroic, were the emotions I felt as I saw and spoke to Violet . Why I decided to call her violet? I have no idea. The name slipped out of my mouth before I could realise. Seeing her in the forbidden section of the library made me question about how she could enter this area which was protected by the witch's spell many years ago , only the members of royal family could enter and it was invisble to others except the royal family. She dint seem to notice my presence as she read the journal of our first King , I made my way towards the couch beside her settling down. I turned towards her observing her carefully , the way she bit her bottom lip with her eyebrow furrowed in concentration, I felt the hint of familiarity towards her. I tried to remember if I had any encounter with her before but to my dissapointment I couldn't recall any such incident. Strangely I couldn't feel my wolf's presence, he sat in the corner hiding his face between its paw and tail. suddenly she flipped the book to the first page where the name of our King was written she frowned seeing it.

                        When she shook my hand , my body felt like I was given a electric shock . I could tell she too felt it seeing her reaction and expression after the contact. this caused my wolf to run forward with full speed as he examined her, he tried to feel her wolf but couldnt reach her. He dropped his head in disspointment as he dragged his body to were he was hidden before. I was impressed when she agreed to have defeated the alpha, my wolf who had hidden his head looked up with his wolfish grin hearing her reply . My wolf unusual behaviour confused me even more as he let the name violet slip through my mouth, I glared at him getting a wolfish grin in response. I and my wolf felt at peace for the first time as we walked by her side towards the forest.

" See you soon Violet'' I said in a low voice, I observed two things when I was around violet that I spoke my heart out and I smiled the entire time. I made my way to where my friends stood looking curiously except one person who glared daggers at me, like always ignored it. I sighed with frustration at the name I used for her even in my thoughts.

" Do you find her intresting brother?" Lucian's voice entered my mind before I could reply, a very low growl erupted through me, my eyes turning dark red in the process, I fought to control him as he tried to take control.

" Leo, SNAP OUT OF IT " I shouted in my mind causing him to stop struggling.

" What's wrong with you?" I asked casing him to glare at me with his blood red eyes , I matched his glare for few moments causing him to hiss and back down . Once sure that he wouldn't try anything I mindlink Lucian who was looking with confusion and concern.

" Sorry Lucian, I don't know why he reacted the way he did " I apologized causing Lucian to nod before he could reply his attention was diverted by his girlfriend, causing my wolf to scoff.

We were intrupped by our trainer who lead us to the clearing in middle of the forest and began intoducing and taking about the basic techniques. My mind displayed all the events which took place today trying to comprehend what actually happend with me and what made my wolf so pissed. He was never pissed so easily and never fought for control though things between him and Lucian are not good. Leo was never like this , he obeyed Lucian's orders he was closed with Ares, Lucian's wolf but everything went down hill when on Lucian's Birthday when he found his mate. He began to distance himself with Lucian and Ares, disrespecting him and growling at him. No one has seen or spoke to my wolf except Lucain, Leo was differnt he dint submit to our dad, our Alpha neither did he submit to Lucian , he just followed thier orders. I still don't have any idea about his sudden behavioural change towards Lucian, whenever I tried asking him he would shut me down and I eventually gave up.
