Chapter 6

CELEMINE'S POV             

  " Finally it's done, I'm hungry see you guys at the cafeteria" Keith groaned in our mindlink as I and Caly existed our last morning class, Keith was in the second year of high school while I and Caly were in the first year. Though he is a year elder than us he hasn't found his mate, yes and the same goes with Caly who is a month elder than me.

                 "Hungry pig" Caly commented earning a playful growl from Keith maybe cause he might have started digging his food keeping up to the name Caly just called him. Rolling our eyes we made our way towards the cafeteria, this school was bigger compared to our school, who am I kidding it's the school under Royal Pack. The school cafeteria was just beside the Student Lounge, it was as huge as the lounge but the walls were oF blocks rather than glass. Most of the kids being only high schoolers chilled under the trees along with food and their friends few were at the lounge and the rest decided to settle in the cafeteria. As I pushed the glass door of the cafeteria and examined the place, everyone stopped what they were doing as they stared at me. I raised an eyebrow on receiving such a reaction.

         " Do I look that scary ?" I questioned

        "No you don't, with that cold look and stiff posture and the victory of yourS against the Alpha is not at all scary and cause people to give you curious looks" Caly replied sarcastically to which I rolled my eyes causing my lips to twist just a little bit. Did I forget to mention Caly being too sarcastic which is unhealthy?

        " Chill guys our Alpha doesn't attack unless it's necessary" I heard Keith's voice boom in the silent cafeteria causing a few of them to relax and carry on with their things due to my oh so stupid Gamma's comments.

        " Attack unless necessary huh?" I asked making my way towards where he was seated on a single table, his eyes went wide.

       " Er. Lili, I kind of wanted to be the ice breaker" he replied sheepishly causing me to shake my head and Caly to bark out a laugh soon covering it by coughing. We made our way towards the table occupied by Keith which gave a clear view of the park and the forest ahead.

       " Any news from our pack?" I enquired as I settled down opening the bottle of juice gulping its content down.

       " Yes Alpha, everything is going smoothly with the middle schoolers" Keith replied in his Gamma mode to which I nodded.

       " I wonder how you act like a dork one moment and the next moment you are in your Gamma mode," Caly said with a smirk on her face.

       " That's called talent, my sweet Caly" He boasted to me to chuckle lightly at the way he addressed Caly, we used to call her sweet caly in our childhood but she hated it as she grew up. She growled in response kicking him under the table resulting in choking on the food stuffed in his mouth, once done with my juice and a sandwich I excused myself from those to tell I wanted to explore the library which is the only part of school I haven't visited. I walked away from the table ignoring Caly's complaint about me having less food, definitely she"ll make a good mother I thought.

      " Meet you guys at the entrance of the forest" I informed blocking our mindlink since I wanted to be alone and dint want them to follow me everywhere.

      I was awestruck at the library as I entered, it was two floored with tables in the middle, huge bookshelves filled with books. Nodding at the librarian, I started to explore the huge library, beanbags were scattered in between the two shelves for those who need their privacy, my fingers traced the books as I examined them, I made my way towards the second floor examining few books which looked old, I'm guessing this floor had books about supernaturals. I went to the last aisle of books beside a huge window, I looked at few books and took out the book titled THE MOONGODDESS I had read many books on Moongoddess but the title and cover page of this book caught my attention urging me to read. I settled on the beanbag near the window as I opened the first page and began reading.
