A year later...

"Hi again," I chuckled as I bent down to touch the gravestone. "It's been so long since we last spoke but I have some exciting things to tell you."

Where do I start...

So much has changed in this past year. Ella finally left secondary school and moved onto college, Niall was back in our lives as a friend and nothing could have felt more amazing. And it seemed like everyone had new relationships. Perrie had found Alex, Harry had gotten together with Lizzie and Niall, he'd moved on with a new girl called Hailee who was ten times better than Ally. Unfortunately, Ally came into our lives and left like a bad storm, she created a mess and left, but now, fortunately, we could all see clear skies once again.

As for the main topic at hand, Louis and I were doing absolutley amazing. Everyday felt better than the last and every morning, I'd wake up in his arms ready for the day ahead because I knew he'd be there. He truly was my rock and I was thankful for the heartbreak that had happened to me because I'd found him.

Everything truly felt like it was normal once again, of course with a few changes, but those changes were good. I couldn't be more happier with the life that I'd been given. All the events of this past year had taught me not to give up because there will always be light at the end of the tunnel. You just have to see it all through. Keep walking and keep your head up.

I didn't know it at the time but, just when I thought things couldn't get better...my world changed again.

"Anyway, I need to go." I spoke, kissing my Mum's grave and then my Dad's. "Louis' booked us some plane ticket's to Paris for our anniversary." I got up, wiping a tear because I felt emotional for some reason. "See you soon."

I smiled and left the graveyard, walking back home.

When I opened the door, I was met with two screaming figures and an oblivious Niall sitting on the sofa. I could hear Ella's voice shouting from the kitchen and Louis was stood right in front of me in the hallway with a smirk.

"Oh, hello." He said when he turned around, realsing I was there.

"Hello?" I laughed in a confused manner. "What the hell's going on?"

"Umm, I burned something apparently. I was trying to tell Ella it wasn't me."

She walked into the hallway with a spatula in her hand and a pissed off expression. "Because it was you!"

"Whatever you say." He said making her turn and groan loudly. When she had her back to us, he turned to me and mouthed. "It was so me."

I laughed loudly, snorting, and that made Ella turn and glare at me evily. "What?" She narrowed her eyes.

"Oh, nothing." I laughed even more at her face, hitting Louis on the shoulder hard which made him scream out as he clutched his arm in pain. "Ooh, sorry babe."

He walked up the stairs, shaking his head in amusement and I walked into the living room, plopping down next to Niall.

...

"Give me those crisps."

Well, cut to about 5 hours later and Louis and I were standing in the pick up point in Paris' airport waiting for a taxi. I smiled and giggled in delight and excitement. I couldn't wait to start this holiday, everything was going to be amazing.

Soon, a taxi pulled up and we jumped inside, racing off to our hotel. Right now, it was afternoon and since an hour flight doesn't really cause jetlag, we were just going to dump our things in our hotel room and just go out to eat dinner.
