Louis POV

"Honey, I'm home!" I shouted across the hallway, tossing my keys onto the table. I walked into the living room where Olivia was sat watching TV.

She looked behind at me and smiled. I jumped over the sofa, landing next to her, and snatched the bowl of popcorn from her hands. "Oi, you dork, I was eating them."

"Scuse me? I am not a dork." I said, putting my hand over my heart.

"Yes you are." She laughed. I smiled at her laugh. She could light up a whole room with that laugh. I looked at her in adoration, gazing into her eyes. She stopped smiling and looked at me weirdly. "Why are you staring at me like that, you weirdo?"

I sighed happily. "Just looking at how pretty you are."

"What."

"What." I snapped out my thoughts, realizing what I just said.

"You just called me pretty.."

"Yeah.." I said uneasily. I thought of something quickly. "Yeah I did call you pretty...pretty ugly." Her eyes widened and she grabbed the closest cushion, wacking me repeatedly with it. "Okay, okay, I surrender." I chuckled, raising my hands up in surrender.

"That's what you get, Tomlinson."

We settled down, looking at the screen and eating popcorn in silence. I stared at Olivia as her eyes were glued to the movie. I can't believe I just said that out loud. Without even thinking about it. I mentally face palmed. I wish I could grow a pair and just tell her how I really feel. I know this sounds really selfish of me but suggesting to fake date Olivia was really just a way to see if maybe she could like me back. I gazed at her, smiling sadly. One day I'd hoped those eyes would look at me exactly the way I look into hers when she isn't looking. In my heart I know she belongs to me.

She looked at me, snapping her head round so fast that I couldn't cover up my tracks this time. "Why are you staring at me again?"

"I..I..I don..I was.." I stammered. "I was..um.." I covered my head in embarrassment. I pointed to her head awkwardly, "I was staring at the..bug..on your head?" I said unsure.

She looked at me as if there was something wrong me."Okay.. Anway, I was gonna ask if Ella got to Riley's safely."

My face changed from a plum tomato to snarky again."No. To be honest I killed Ella a few times on the way there."

"Louis! Be serious for once." She said, punching my arm. "Anyway, why don't we go out today? I did promise you that I would take you out."

"Does that mean your paying?" I asked.

"Yes.." she said hesitantly.

"So I can spend a ton of your money and you can't say anything."

"Yes." She said as if she was regretting her decision.

I smiled wider, my facial expression showing a mix of knowingness and cheekiness. "Eh, why the hell not. I'll drive!" I shouted. "Oh and Liv, don't forget your wallet." I said snarkily. She stuck her tounge out at me as I walked to the front door.

"Can I just say, you are kind of a millionare. Spend your own money." She said as she put on her shoes.

"First of all, Livvy, I am not kind of a millionare, I am a millionaire. And second, isn't this your treat?" I replied in a snarky tone.

"Shut up."
