Faith was standing with Teddy at Derek's "reception thing" she called it. She did not want to be there and you could tell just by looking at her body language. She was slumped over and her eyes were half closed and she had a scowl on her face. Teddy was talking to her about things she didn't really care about and she wasn't listening at all until an unknown voice came into earshot and she opened her eyes fully to be met with Owen.
"Hey" the blonde said to him.
"Hey" he replied.
"You think he's gonna give a big speech?"
Faith nodded her head with a roll of her eyes but the two attendings werent paying attention to her. "I don't know." The ginger replied.
"So, um, look, about the other night. I was-" she got cut off.
"I don't want to talk about it." he said before walking away to go stand with Cristina and Arizona. Faith made her way over there as well hoping to get Arizona to let her into a surgery.
"What the hell is he wearing?" Callie asked with a chuckle.
"He looks good. Chiefly." Owen says.
"It looks like a sky full of pigeons barfed on him." Faith muttered under her breath.
"He looks like an undertaker." Cristina pointed out and Owen laughed.
"I promised him we'd clap." Arizona says to the group.
"And I promised myself I would walk away." Faith says right before she actually leaves. She makes her way down the hallway and hears someone following her after a while of walking towards the peds wing.
"Are you okay?" Alex asked.
Faith turned around and had a questioning glance. "Um yea I'm okay? Uh, are you okay?"
