Chapter 3 ~ One day, I'll focus on the future

[~Hey, 3AM_Guy here. I just want everyone to remember that I don't ship Ranboo and Tubbo in the slightest. As they are platonic husbands and platonic dad's to Michael, Michael will refer to them as Pappa and Dad. Please, don't ship any of the members of the SMP who have said they are uncomfortable with it or are just minors. Just don't. Anyways! Hope you enjoy. TW's include violence and slight swearing.~]

~Third-Person's POV~

Niki was panicking. The one day that Tubbo had taken a family week off, everything had to blow up. Ironic really..

Before Phil came to live on the SMP, she had only heard of the crow father from when Wilbur would tell stories about his, Techno's and Tommy's childhood. There introduction wasn't ideal... The first time they met was when Phil had finally managed to visit Will.. Wilbur was so excited when he had found out months earlier and then day by day.. he changed.. then.. then he..

The memory made Niki tear up. She had to keep running though. She had to find Tubbo to make sure Quackity would be alright...

From what she remembered, Phil was lovely. He was a really sweet guy, even after they put him on house arrest. He almost seemed at peace with the decision.

Niki used to take him bread from her bakery and he would invite her in. The two would talk for hours about everything from his travels over the hundreds of years he'd been alive, to baking tips and tricks he'd been taught. Niki loved those conversations...

And then the butcher army brought in Techno... She remembered the betrayed look on Phil's face as his wings had twitched. She remembered the screaming and begging as he pleaded for them not to kill Techno.. To take him instead..

She remembered as he became cold.. Niki tried bringing him food.. But Phil refused to take it.. He completely locked himself off from everyone..

And that anger in his face as he held the blade to Quackity, lightly pressing it into his neck to show his intent. The hate lacing his words as he demanded to see Dream and Tubbo. And.. the protective stance he held. The protective stance he held infront of Techno and Ghostbur..

Niki liked Phil.. Even after he showed he wanted nothing to do with her.. She still hoped that there might have been a chance for them to be on good terms again.

Her thoughts were interrupted however as she saw Tubbo sat outside his holiday home with Ranboo and Michael. She smiled yet, it didn't last for long as she remembered why she had ran all the way here. 

"TUBBO!!!" Niki screeched, alerting Michael who quickly ran to his dad and buried his face into his shirt. 

Ranboo stood up, holding his son on his hip as Tubbo ran over to Niki, "What's wrong? This better be serious or I am going to be extremely annoyed Niki.."

She panted trying to get her words out, "Phil.. he.. I dunno whats wrong.. He took Quackity... He's.. got an axe to his neck.. Wants Dream and you.. Right now".

Tubbo looked at her shocked as the blonde girl bent over trying to catch her breathe.

"Ranboo.. Can you teleport us to L'manburg? Were gonna have to bring Michael.. We both know that it takes to long to get him back upstairs", Tubbo looked at the ender boy with a panicked look. 

(Hey quick A/N. In this story, because i can, ender pearls work differently. Instead, as long as you hold onto someone who's thrown an ender pearl or they hold onto you, you get teleported with them. Ranboo also works very similar to how he does in origins, meaning rain injures him and he always has at least one ender pearl)
