Ch 3- Unwanted Attention

I'm just goin to keep this short. Good day my lovelies! Hope you're having a good day, and please enjoy this chapters as much as I loved writing it! (But side note I didn't really want to change what happened during the $&@&$ so I did a bit of copy and pasting...SORRY!🙏 So as a token of apology I'm going to make this chapter extra long!😁)

Arthur's POV
"Bye Arthur! Hope you have a great first day!" Claire shouted waving goodbye as she walked in the opposite direction. I waved back with Sylvie perched on my head also waving back at her, 'let's go find Mama!' Sylvie said in my head, 'Are you gonna keep calling her Mama?' I asked 'yep!' She replied.

Oh there she is, as I was about to greet her, I saw something that made my blood boil. "Grrrrrr!" Sylvie growled, 'How dare he-' 

"You heard her. Let. Go." I released my bloodlust and pressure onto him, he dare grab her wrist like that. However, my voice came out calm, opposite to the storm brewing inside of me about to spill over.

I slowly walked towards him, slowly closing the gap between us...9 meters...7 meters...5 meters...2 meters. And 1. "Now" I said calmly and paused "GET. AWAY." I ordered, I looked down boring my gaze down onto him, he shrunk down letting go of Tessia's wrist and clumsily stumbled back a few paces before running away.

I looked down again to see Tess breathing heavily, I didn't realise the pressure I was emitting. "Are you alright Tess?! Look at me! Breathe! You're fine!" I shook her, shaking her out of her trance. "You're a bit pale..." I put my hand on her forehead and put the other on mine, 'she's a bit cold...' I thought to myself, "I'm sorry." I said. Tess suddenly turned beet red, she jumped back a step and started spouting gibberish, "uhh Ar me fine not worry!"

No I can't... "What I mean is! Haha" she laughed awkwardly, "Art I'm fine don't worry!" She correcting herself scratching the back of her head, "On the contrary, are you ok Art?" She asked, "I" I tried to answer, my shoulders shaking, no Arthur you can't- "Pffft hahahahaha!" Letting it all out, "uhh Ar me fine not worry" I mimicked, trying to make my voice sound higher to sound like a wild Tessia Eralith and I did a good enough job that I was rewarded. With an elbow jab into the ribs. "Thank. You Tess." I crocked, "You're very welcome!" She smiled and walked away.

I quickly paced so I could catch up to her, "Tess what lesson do you have first?" I asked my kind childhood friend who didn't just almost kill me. "Nothing." She simply answered "Nothing?" I echoed back at her. This is a sudden behaviour change, "I'm going to the student council to do some work since I'm free 1st period." She stated, ah work. "I see." I answered, understanding why her mood just dropped, "What about period 2 then? What do you have?" I asked genuinely curious. "Practical Mana Manipulation." She stated again. "Alright then I'll be heading to my first lesson then see ya Tess!" I said before giving her a side hug, "Don't work yourself too hard!" I told her then walking towards the main block. And after a few moments "Byeee!" I hear her answer back.

Tessia's POV
Finally at the Student Council. Clive probably won't bother me for the rest of the day. Touch wood, since Arthur scared him of. DAMN IT! After he scared him off I acted so awkwardly, I have too much on my mind right now... I sighed and shook my head. Since I have a free period I should... I put my hand over my dimension ring and pulled out the present which needs to be finished. I can always pull an all nighter! Hahaha...I love myself don't I...

Since Sylvie has finished her bit, I should probably finish mine, it should be ready by period 2. Well let's hope anyways.

1 hour later... (Sponge Bob voice please)
"FINISHED!" I held my work high and exclaimed, "Finally!" "And in time for period 2 as well." I added looking at at clock. "Oo my back! My back!" I sound like an old lady, now I know not to sit in a chair for an hour, not moving. I wrapped the present neatly and got up, putting the nicely wrapped gift into my dimension ring, which had my stationary and books inside. "Fuuu..." I breathed, now let's head to class!
