After floating around a bit there was a small dot of light, it drawn me because of its warmth and comfort. When I finally reached said light, I grabbed hold of it and felt my body on a futon. I opened my eyes to see my brothers looking at me worriedly.

"Brother Hagoromo, Brother Hamura what's wrong?" I asked, Brother Hagoromo picked me up from the ground, bridal style.

"No, nothing is wrong Sister Ayumi." Brother Hamura softly smiled at me, placing his hand on my cheek. I leaned in his touch, feeling the warmth of it. I asked for them to put me down, they were hesitant to, but did so anyways. As my feet touched the ground, I immediately walked outside the mansion and to the river that flows through in the walls, my brothers following me. I investigated the river and saw that I was looking like I had when I was eight-years-old; waist long think braided white hair, blue/grey eyes and natural pale skin. Then I looked up and saw an orange frog with bright orange eyes with rectangle pupils to go with it. It had a purple stone with red bead necklace on. It looked at me and approached me, ever so quietly.

"Please follow me and make sure your siblings don't follow." It whispered. I only nodded, turning to my brothers behind me.

"I'll be playing in the forest." I walked away before they could stop me. Walking out the gate of the mansion wall and into the dense forest, I followed the toad, as it continued to make me follow him, deeper and deeper. When we walked into a clearing where you could see the Divine Tree, that when the toad finally stopped.

"Why did you want me to follow you?" I asked, rubbing the fabric which made the sleeve of my cloak.

"I wanted to ask you something, young one." The toad started. "But first, my name is Gamamaru." I bowed, not to low but not too high.

"My name is Ayumi Otsutsuki." I quickly rose from my bowing position. "What is it you wanted to ask me, sir? And why did you ask me to come alone?"

"Do you wish to become stronger?" Gamamaru asked.

"What kind of stronger?" I continued. "There's many types of strengths one can have... For example, emotional strength, to be able to control emotions."

"All of them." Gamamaru smiled softly at me, a smile my mother never gave to me. "I wish to teach you sage jutsu and I wish to help you control the two Dojutsu that you possess."

"How did you know?" I breathed.

"I knew that you had the Jogan because that's your clan's Kekkei Genkai Dojutsu and I also saw when you received the Sharingon after you had found your friend's dead body within the Peak of Demise only a few months ago." I clenched my fist, after he had told me. "But in all honesty, I'm quite curious as to why your eyes are the color of the sky and ash, and why you haven't told your mother or even confronted-."

"I love my mother too much to ever cause her harm." I released my hand from it's clasp. "Even though she neglects me, or might even hate me, I could never hate her back... after all what kind of child would I be if I did yearn for my mother's love."

"I see... starting from today I will train you in sage jutsu. Though you cannot tell your mother." Gamamaru warned.

"That's fine with me." I smiled, the toad only smiled at me back. And this was the moment where I began the training that started it all... that started the Sage Princess and the Kekkei Genkai Princess titles.
