1 week later...
"So Hiruzen, what is it you needed?" During the week of my stay I was given a tour around the village, shown where the training site was located at, hung out with Minato's team when they weren't busy with missions and yesterday, I moved into my suite... speaking of the poor man, Kushina was begging me and crying for me to stay with them, but in the end I left without a care, even though Minato pleaded me to stay to help him. Oh well... And now, Hiruzen summoned (or more like requested) that I go see him.
"I wanted to ask you about if you plan on becoming a shinobi or not."
"Actually... I wanted to talk to you about that, but you'll have to have the ANBU leave the room first."
"Understood." Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I'm not no longer wearing my hat anymore, as Kushina kind of told everyone what I looked like, but I now wear an oversized grey cloak, that almost drags on the ground and the sleeves open out like a kimono. Underneath it I'm wearing a black sleeveless body suit with shorts, black fingerless gloves which reach past my elbow and socks that reach past my knees with silver slippers. Also, I'm wearing a mask, kinda like Kakashi's, so I can still cover my face a bit.
"The ANBU have left the room, you can talk without worry."
"That's good." I open my cloak and pull out a pouch. "You see, as you know I've lived for many years and I've visited many villages before this one."
"Yes...?" Hiruzen blinked. "Does that mean that you're a shinobi to other villages as well?"
"Correct." I pulled out many headbands with different symbols on them, showing that they represent a different village. "Adding on, I have to tell you that I'm a Jounin rank shinobi at all of these villages as well." Hiruzen hummed in acknowledgment. "Also, from what the contact stated, if I became I Shinobi of this village I would be placed as Jounin rank, but I can tell that would be pretty suspicious, right?"
"Then how about I test you?" Hiruzen suggested. "I'll test you in front of the council and a few jounin ranked shinobi, and when they see how strong you are-"
"They won't try to refute. Understood. When shall this take place?"
"We can do it right now, let's not waste time." Hiruzen stood up out of his chair and we went to one of the training grounds after he summoned some council members, clan members and some jounin, including Minato and Kushina, to witness our battle.
"Lord Hokage, what's going on?" Minato asked.
"Well, as you probably know we took in a girl from the forest and allowed her to stay in our village. And so, she asked me if she could be a shinobi of the Hidden Leaf." Hiruzen explained/half-lied.
"But that doesn't explain why we're all here. She can easily take the exams like any other person, if she desired to become a shinobi." A man with a cross scar on his chin, complained. I was already getting bad vibes from him.
"Danzo, I've determined that she is stronger than Genin and it would be a waste to have her wait to become a chuunin and so I decided that I would test her to see what rank she would make." Hiruzen answered, 'Danzo' scowled at him. Very interesting.
"Understood lord Hokage." Everyone responded.
"Shall we begin?" Hiruzen faced me.
"One second." Barrier Arts: Silent Bubble. A foggy white grey barrier surrounded both me and Hiruzen and cut everyone out.
"Lady Ayumi?" Hiruzen asked.
"Am I allowed to go full out in this battle?" I asked.
"You can, but please go easy on me... I can tell that if you were going to fight me seriously, I would probably be dead."
"Yup." I started to laugh, and I could see that he was starting to sweat nervously. Release. The barrier dissolved and everyone could now hear my laughter. "Don't worry Hiruzen, I won't go too hard.... Can we get started please?!" Hiruzen suddenly was surrounded by smoke and his Hokage clothing was replaced with battle armor.
"Indeed, let us-" Chakra Art: Thousand Swords. Then all the sudden, identical silver black swords shaped like katanas, surrounded Hiruzen like a barrier with the tips of their blade almost touching him. "begin...."
"Hiruzen you okay? I made sure none of the swords would stab you yet." Hiruzen started to sweat profusely. I looked at our audience and say their jaws wide open. "You're going to catch flies if you keep them open any longer." They shut their mouths.
"I surrender." Hiruzen sighed. Release. The swords vanished into thin air.
"So how'd I do?" I asked, innocently.
"You made it to the rank of Jounin... even though you're more powerful than a Kage." Hiruzen muttered the last part, though I could hear it.
"Lord Hokage, I believe that a young girl of her strength would suit well in ROOT." Danzo said. I still not getting good vibes from him. Hiruzen told me about this organization that his old 'friend' made.
"I do apologize but I have no power to tell her where she should be stationed. After all, we made a contract that promised her that I wouldn't force her to do anything she didn't want to do." Hiruzen smiled, while Danzo glared at him.
"Well as you've said, this young girl cannot be forced to do it and so I'll ask her." He faced me. "Would you like to be a part of my organization, ROOT?"
"No." I shot at him, and I saw him tremble a bit. I could tell that he was trembling in anger that I had the audacity to shoot at him. When I saw him open his mouth, about to speak nonsense, I continued. "It's because, I can tell that you're someone that I'll regret working for." Danzo clicked his tongue and walked away.
"Is there any objections on Lady Ayumi being a jounin?" Hiruzen asked, and everyone gave a reaction that said no. "Understood... Lady Ayumi, let's head back to my office so I can give you, your headband." I nodded and followed him when he started to walk to his office. Once we arrived at the Hokage office, I summoned my headband, it has a white strap with a silver metal band with the Konohagakure symbol on it and Hiruzen gave me the jounin vest. Hiruzen explained that I don't need to wear it 24/7 as it was not required to be worn by those of the newly made rank. After that, I went home and made dinner for myself, and then went to bed.
