(Y/N) POV

It has been three weeks since Jim and Luka came to the manor. The whole manor was shaken up a bit by the arrival of the Macken brothers. Let's just say that a few cups and dishes were shattered, a carpet was soiled, a wall had to be repainted, a whole patch of carnations had been run over, and a servant might have broken his arm when he accidentally slipped on a flooded bathroom. Ehehehe... he. But no worries! He's off duty for now until his arm fully heals.

At this point I do not think that it was just a bit. Scratch that, the whole manor was shaken up by the arrival of the Macken brothers. And maybe... just maybe, the manor was not the only thing that was shook. Maybe I was too? I don't know... Am I?

My train of thought was disrupted when I heard someone call my name. "(Y/N)!" I turned around and saw Jim running towards me. He hid behind my back and he-

"(Y/N), look out!" Jim shouted.

"What in the-" Before I could even finish my sentence, Luka tripped while carrying a bucket of water in his hands. And yes, you can guess what happened next. Water was splashed onto my face. RIGHT. IN. THE. FACE. My hair, my face, my dress, and my shoes were now wet.

"Uh oh... I'm very sorry, (Y/N)." Luka apologised. "I did not mean to splash water all over you. That bucket was meant for Jim, not you!"

"Umm (Y/N)? Hello? Earth to (Y/N)?" Jim waved his hands in front of me, but I didn't move an inch.

"Hey, Jim. Do you think we went too far this time?" Luka whispered to his brother.

"Yes, I think we did," Jim whispered back. "Look, (Y/N). I am-"

I swiftly ran to grab the garden hose and turned on the faucet. Aha! I caught them off guard. Now was the time for my sweet, sweet revenge.

"Vengeance is mine! MUAHAHAHA!!!" I laughed hard and loud. I think I sounded like a wicked antagonist.

"Eeeeeeek! Stop, (Y/N)! Stop, stop! I'm getting all wet." Luka ran around as I chased him with the garden hose, almost tripping on my soiled white dress. I will probably receive a scolding from Mother, but that's not important for now. Actions now, consequences later.

Luka stumbled on a rock, making him lose his balance. He fell down on the muddy ground, giving me the perfect opportunity to drown him in cold water. When I decided that Luka had enough, I turned around to face Jim with an evil smirk. "Jim~. Come here, deary~. It is your turn to have some fun."

Alois POV

Deary? That's a new one.

I would have been a blushing idiot right now if it wasn't for the death threat wrapped in sugar and honey. Up till now, I was used to seeing the kind, caring (Y/N). I have never seen this side of her before. Her eyes, once filled with love and kindness, were now replaced with fiery orbs that could burn holes through your skin. A devilish smirk was present in her lips instead of that gentle smile, which I adored so much.

Run was all that I could think of, and so I did. I ran like a madman to preserve my dear life. Good thing I was used to running all day long. (Y/N) can never catch up! Or so I thought...

"(Y/N)... do you really... have to get back at me?" I asked in between ragged breaths. "I apologise... for using you as a human shield... but is it really... necessary?" Man, this girl is fast. I shouldn't have underestimated her.

"Yes, yes it is. You know... they say that revenge... is best served when hot. But... I think I prefer this one... to be served cold."

Before I knew it, she caught up to me and tackled me down to the ground. "Haha! Got you!" Soon, (Y/N) splashed cold water onto my face, leaving me soaking wet and covered in dirt.

(Y/N) POV

HAHAHA I finally got my revenge. Not long after, I realised the position Jim and I were in. Oh my goodness, I was sitting on top of him! Wait, this is so embarrassing. AHHHHHHHHHH! I did not realise that I started blushing, cheeks burning pinkish red.

"Here they are, Nanny Isabelle."

Huh? Who's that? I turned my head and tried to find the source of the voice. It was Mr. Roberts, the gardener, and with him was Nanny Isabelle.

Uh-oh...

I swiftly got off Jim and offered him my hand. He grabbed it and stood up as well. I looked at Nanny Isabelle and apologised. "I'm sorry for getting my clothes wet... and for soiling them too, Nanny Isabelle."

"We're sorry, Nanny Isabelle," Jim and Luka apologised as well.

"It is alright, children. I accept your apology." Nanny gave us a warm smile.

"I will let this one slide for now."

I hope Mother and Father does the same.

"It's not bad to have fun every now and then," she added. "You're just children after all. Enjoy it while you still can. Now come along, let's get you all cleaned up and changed before one of you catches a cold."

Nanny Isabelle took us back to the manor, three towels already prepared in hand. She patted us dry with the help of two other servants and ushered us to our rooms.

After getting dressed up, I grabbed my dolls and began to play with them to distract me from a certain memory of a certain someone. We all played house, dress-up, and even went to a vacation on the beach! Despite all my efforts, nothing seemed to work out.

"Ugh!" I threw my dolls in the toy chest and started talking to myself. "Why can't I get you out of my head? You are practically haunting me right now!"

"Who is haunting you, (Y/N)?"
