(Y/N) POV
'Knock Knock Knock'
"Are you awake, Miss (Y/N)?" A voiced asked behind the door.
"Yes, I am. You may come in, Hannah."
Hanna entered the room with a serving cart and greeted me, "Good morning, Miss (Y/N)."
"Good morning, Hannah."
"Would you like some tea, milady?"
"Yes please. What do you have for me today?"
"I have Earl Grey Cream and English Breakfast, Miss. Which one do you prefer?"
"I would like a cup of Earl Grey Cream."
"Right away, milady."
I sat up and took a sip of my tea. The blend was very rich. The vanilla leaves mixed with Earl Grey provided the creamy flavour that suited my taste.
After I finishing the last drop, Hannah put away the serving cart and helped me get ready for the day. First, she prepared the bath and took out some fresh new clothes from the closet.
Hold on, fresh new clothes? Not to mention, they were women's clothes. I looked down on my night gown and they were indeed for women, for noble women to be precise. There is no way they belong to a mere servant such as Hannah, and I am certain of it.

I walked down the stairs and headed towards the dining area. Sure, walking is a basic human activity done with ease (by most of us), but that was not the case with me and my aching feet. *_____* those high heels! I shall never wear them ever again. This is why I stick to flats most of the time.
"Good morning, (Y/N)!" A cheerful Alois welcomed me to the dining hall. His smile turned into a smirk upon noticing my discomfort.
"Oh, looks like someone's having sore legs the morning after. Perhaps I got too carried away last night. I shall be more careful with you next time." Alois winked at me.
"Alois Trancy! Please do watch your mouth," I scolded him. "There are children in the dining hall," I said, referring to Canterbury, Thompson, and Timber.
"We'll be alright, milady. We aren't children anymore," Canterbury piped up.
"Although we may look like adolescents, we are in fact fully grown young men," Thompson added.
"You may talk with his highness about any topic you wish. Don't worry about us, Miss (Y/N). Thank you for your concern," Timber finished.
"See, everything is fine. Anyway, did you like it when I-" I quickly went behind him and put a hand above his mouth, shutting him up before he could continue any further.
"Shut your trap, Trancy. Do it before I make you myself," I whispered with a cold, threatening tone. Not noticing my dark aura, I failed to keep the beast under control, a side of me not many people know.
Instead of cowering in fear, Alois seemed to be... enjoying it? 'What is wrong with this man?' I thought.
Alois removed my hand from his mouth and looked at me in the eyes. "Then make me, (Y/N). Go ahead and shut it yourself," Alois said with a smug expression. He grabbed my chin and inched his face closer, and closer, and-
"Ahem, breakfast is served," Claude announced in his usual monotone voice.
"O-oh yes. Thank you, Claude." I pulled away from Alois and took a seat next to him. Then, Claude and Hannah started to bring the dishes one by one. Soon enough, Alois and I started to eat.
"Do you like the food, (Y/N)?" Alois asked.
"Yes. They all taste divine. Not to mention, these are my favourite breakfast foods."
"Really? What a coincidence! I guess Claude and the triplets did an excellent job."
"Yes, what a coincidence..." What a coincidence, indeed. What a coincidence that all of my favourite morning meals are here. And when I say 'all', I mean every single one of them.
"Alois, may I ask you something?"
"Sure, go ahead."
"Why did you have clothes for women in your closet?"
Alois paused for a bit and answered, "Oh, you mean those? I bought those clothes simply because they reminded me of my mother."
"I see. They do look like the type of clothes Aunt Margaret would wear. I'm surprised that they fitted perfectly on me."
"Me too. I just picked the sizes randomly, to be honest."
'Right... randomly... Then how are they all the same exact size as my measurements?'

"Goodbye, Alois. Thank you for everything," I said before heading towards the door.
"Wait!" Alois grabbed my hand and pulled my into a heated kiss. I noticed that it was more passionate and aggressive than the previous one. He was holding onto me as if he did not want to let go, as if he did not want to say goodbye. But why? We will still meet again, right?
Forgetting those thoughts for now, I allowed myself to get lost in his warmth and his touch. Devouring his lips whilst savouring his sweet taste felt like an eternity, but I couldn't care less. I would spend forever by his side if I could.
"Don't leave me, (Y/N)." Alois buried his face in the crook of my neck.
"There, there," I gently stroked his blond locks. "Looks like someone is a bit clingy."
"Don't go."
"Sigh, you know that I have to, right? I have work to do back home."
No response...
"Don't worry. I shall visit you as soon as I can, alright? We'll see each other again in no time."
"Alright, see you soon."
