Chapter 13 – gifts upon gifts.

Hanji was near finishing teaching all the teenagers that are feeling nervous about their exams in the summer but due to the way Hanji Teaches them about science, she makes it very easy for them to understand. It wasn't long until a young ninth grader comes walking in the classroom holding a large present tied up in bow ties and with a card stuck on the top. Hanji pushed her glasses closer to her eyes and sighed with annoyance when she could tell the handwriting and put it on her desk and resumed teaching but she then realised that the eleventh graders weren't listening and eyeing the present.

"Guys, why aren't you jotting down?" she whined and the whole class pointed to the present causing Hanji to scoff. It wasn't long until she started feeling light headed and drunk all her water, took her heels off and opened all the windows. "right, if I open this present will you please jot down all these notes to help you revise?" she asked and all the kids nodded their heads and Hanji opened the card rolling her eyes as it was another love note from Levi and she flung the card making it land into the full bin and then ripped open the big present which was one of those teddy bears that were covered in roses and it made Hanji want to be sick.

She picked up the bear and dashed it in the full bin of presents that she got all week from the man and shook off her feelings and resumed to teach.

"what was her reaction to this one?" Erwin was talking to Levi on the phone during lunch as they facetimed and as Erwin flipped the camera to the bin full of all the presents making Levi feel depressed. "I don't get it, I swore that bear would work"

"Levi I don't think you understand that Hanji doesn't want Ross from friends. She wants someone inspiring, and different that holds all kinds of sparks, she wants someone who will be spontaneous, that will surprise her at that moment that she will say yes Levi, ill take you back" Erwin got too over the top scarring Levi from the reaction.

"can you talk where it doesn't always sound like a battle march please"

"look make jokes all you want but you know for damn sure that these presents aren't going to win her back...think Levi"

"alright fine whatever, I have to train my assistant so ill talk to you later" levi slightly stressed and hung up the phone rubbing the temples of his eyes.

A huff left Levi's mouth hitting his head multiple times on the desk which scared Zeke as he walked in with Levi's lunch Tea and paperwork of schedules for meetings and gave them straight to his boss.

"thanks Zeke" Levi said sounding stressed and let his assistant sit by his desk helping him do some editing and also letting him write his own book of discoveries. Levi tapped a pen on his desk, tapped his foot on the floor, bit the pen lid trying to find out ways to get Hanji back until he turns his head to see Zeke reading a romance. "Hey Zeke, answer me this...do you have a girlfriend?" Levi asked shocking the 18 year old realising how he phrased the sentence.

"sir?"

"no no no, I didn't mean it like that...I mean you a young guy, ya know good looking...I'm trying to make this not sound weird but, do you have a girlfriend?"

"yeah I do sir"

"okay cool, have you ever broken up before?"

"well yeah, we were off for six months but we are working things out now, can I ask why your asking these questions"

Levi scratched the top of his head and wondered around the office opening the large red curtains that hung over the grand window and sat by Zeke's desk.
