"What about her, Caroline?" He questioned using my name so I knew he was frustrated.

"I don't know if you, or Elijah is the father." I confessed, and held her tight waiting for Klaus' outburst.

"You what?" He asked slowly, and I looked at the ground holding her tightly out of Klaus' reach.

"I think Elijah left because I don't know. I just found out! I didn't know!" I said worried, and he took a step back.

"Caroline." He said stoically, and I shook my head frantically.

"I just found out! Elijah knew before me because Serephene told him first!" I rushed out, and he glared at me.

"How do you not know?" He asked slowly.

"Serephene said that if I was in love with you more than Elijah during the pregnancy that you're the father!" I said worried, and he frowned shaking his head no back, and forth.

"This is a joke. Tell me this is a joke, Caroline!" He yelled, and Aurora started crying. I held her tightly to my chest rocking her softly as I glared at him.

"I don't care what problems I have with you, but if you make my baby cry one more time, I'll make you suffer." I warned, and he smirked.

"You tell me, that my brother, or I are the father of your child, whom you have no idea which is. Yet you threaten me?" He laughed humorlessly.

"Grow up, Klaus! This isn't medieval times! Magic is different. Okay? All we have to do is take a test." I said trying to remain calm.

"A test? If Aurora is my child, how do you think that'll make me feel that I wasn't there for her birth? Huh, Caroline? You chose my brother over me, yet you don't even really know if you loved him. Pitiful, Love. Really it is. I'm not taking a test. You know who her father is, don't you, Love?" He asked as he stood in front of me closely. I held Aurora to my chest trying to calm my breathing as he got closer.

"Because, even after all I've done your heart races at my closeness. When I call you, Love. When I show emotions only for you. You hate yourself for loving me, yet you deny it even after our escapades in the woods. Are you afraid of something? Me? Yourself? Or would it be more simple to say you want to make the easier choice, and choose my moral brother?" He asked as he backed away. I looked to the ground, and after catching my composer I looked back towards him.

"I don't know what's right, or wrong. I don't know where my heart was, or is. But I know this, I have a baby, Klaus! I'm going to be with the person I know I can be myself with! The one that will listen to me, and no matter what would happen. He would always choose my baby if worse comes to worse." I said, and he looked towards the ground in shame. I sighed, and quickly walked to her bedroom. I saw Stefan, and Rebekah on the couch in the living room, and I ignored their states as I kept walking with my baby.

"No matter what happens, you'll always be my angel." I whispered softly while stroking her hand softly.

"Are you all right, Caroline?" Stefan asked in the doorway, and I shook my head no.

"He's right." I whispered sitting on the chair in the corner while laying her across my chest rocking her.

"About what?" Stefan asked when he walked in, and stood beside me. I looked at him, and sighed.

"You know what." I whispered, and he nodded his head.

"You can't tell anyone who you believe is her father, until you're one hundred percent, Caroline." He said, and left.
