"Are you sure about who you are choosing?" She asked worried.

"No." I confessed.

"Why?" She asked confused.

"Because I don't want to hurt my baby by choosing wrong person." I whispered.

"Caroline, are you ready?" Rebekah asked as she peaked her head through the door. I huffed, and whispered a disgruntled yes.

"You look amazing!" She said smiling, and I scuffed.

"I can't six my hair!" I said in frustration.

"Caroline, you look fine." Rebekah said chuckling as she tore my hands from my hair, and moved a few bobby pins around.

"All done." She laughed, and stepped away. I huffed, and slowly turned around. I smiled, and let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"Thank you." I whispered as I looked at myself in the mirror. I had on my navy blue silk dress with the slice on my right thigh, my hair pinned half on top, and on bottom with curls down my back. I had on creme eyeshadow, eyeliner, and light creme lipgloss.

"He's going to be speechless." Rebekah chuckled, and I smiled.

"Are you sure?" I asked unsure.

"Positive." She said confidently.

"Is Aurora okay?" I asked hesitantly.

"Caroline, she is fine! There is no need to worry." Rebekah smiling.

"I know! I know!" I sighed.

"But I do look alright? Right?" I asked still unsure, and she rolled her eyes before dragging me out of the room.

"Caroline, you look beautiful." Stefan said smiling as Rebekah shoved me into the living room.

"Rebekah stop!" I huffed as she blocked me from leaving the room.

"Caroline, dear." Kol said formally, and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"What?" I asked cautiously as I turned towards him, and stopped fighting with Rebekah.

"I hardly compliment anyone nowadays." Kol said with his arms crossed behind his back, and Rebekah scuffed.

"But I do say this with my sincerest efforts, you look ravishing!" He said using a British accent.

"Thanks!" I said smiling at them all.

"I know I've been a little crazy." I started, and Rebekah raised her eyebrows.

"What I'm trying to say is thank you." I huffed smiling at them.

"You're welcome." Kol dismissed.

"Go have fun, Care. You deserve it." Stefan said smiling encouragingly.

"Go Caroline." Rebekah said smiling.

"Okay, okay!" I huffed smiling as I walked towards Stefan, and bent down to look at Aurora.

"Mommy will be home soon, Princess." I said smiling as I lightly kissed her forehead. She looked up at me curiously, and a small smile lit her face.

"Care." Stefan chuckled, and I let out a breath as I looked at my curly haired baby.

"Right. I'm leaving. Keep her safe." I said in a quiet plead as I left.

"Deep breath." I whispered a I stood outside of the restaurant.

"Hey." I whispered as I walked in. He quickly stood up from his seat smiling down at me. He nodded at me pulling my chair out for me.

"Thank you." I whispered.

"You're welcome. How was your day?" He asked, and I smiled as my nervousness seemed to slowly fade.

"Good. Rebekah had to practically push me out of the house to leave." I laughed, and he tilted his head in amusement, and curiosity.

"I was nervous about leaving Aurora." I admitted, and he nodded.

"She will keep her safe with her life." He said confidently.

"I know." I smiled, and he nodded. We then took our orders, I got a tea, pasta, and a side salad while he got a steak with a glass of alcohol, and also a side salad. We say in silence while we waited for our food to come.

"You look very beautiful tonight." He said smiling, and I smiled brightly.

"And you look very handsome." I replied smiling. We continued out meal making small talk, and eventually out conversation, and dinner came to a closing.

"Have you thought about my proposal?" He asked, and I smiled.

"You really want to me, and Aurora to leave, and live with you? Somewhere far away?" I asked unsure, and he nodded chuckling slightly.

"Yes I do." He confirmed, and I smiled.

"Okay." I nodded smiling at him brightly.
