*Recap

"Be careful." Stefan warned, and I understood his underlying meaning. He was secretly saying, 'I trust what your doing, but watch your back'. For that I felt my heart swell with love for my family, and friends grow, if that were possible.

"I will. Love you guys!" I said as I swiftly walked out of the room before any objections were said. I looked down at her to make sure she was okay to see her looking up at me.

"Hi, I'm your mommy. You hear that? You're so beautiful. You're my little princess." I gushed as I walked into the woods.

"We're going to find Mr. Grouchy-pants." I said avoiding calling him her Uncle, or Father.

"I hope you're not talking about me, Love." Klaus said somewhere around me. I smiled at his childish antics, and looked around doing a three-sixty trying to find him.

"Who else would be brooding in the woods by their self?"I teased, and sat down on the ground waiting for him to come out.

"So! What are you doing out here?" I asked as I looked down at Aurora, and rubbed her head softly.

"Well as you so poetically put it. I'm brooding by myself." He said as he waked out in front of me. His eyes were a little glassy probably from trying not to cry.

"Hey." I whispered as he sat beside me.

"Hello, Love. What are you doing out here by yourself with the baby?" Klaus scolded playfully.

"I wanted to come see if you were okay." I shrugged, and his face showed what it showed every time we were around my friends. Nothing.

"How are you? And do not say you're fine!" I said pointing my finger at him in all seriousness, but smiled when he chuckled slightly.

"I'll be okay." He said, and I looked at him doubtful.

"You can't hold it in forever." I said pointedly, and he smirked. But he can try. I thought annoyed.

"So how is the princess?" He asked kindly, and I smiled.

"Good. I wanted to try something. Can you hold her?" I asked unsure, and he smiled nervously.

"You'll do fine. I'll be right here." I laughed.

"All right." He sighed, and I laughed as he slowly, and gently held her in his arms as if he were going to break her at any second.

"See? You're doing fine. The Big-bad hybrid holding my baby." I smiled, and he playfully glared at me. We both stood while he carefully held her while I looked around the woodsy floor.

"What are you looking for, Love?" Klaus asked confused, and I smiled.

"A dead flower!" I smiled, and he raised his eyebrows in amusement.

"Why?" He asked smirking.

"I want to test a theory." I said enthusiastically.

"Ah ha! Found it!" I said happily, and swooshed over to a tree. I swooped down, and picked up the dead daisy.

"If you wanted a flower, I would have happily bought you some." He laughed, and I glared at him rolling my eyes.

"No. I want to see if I can bring it back to life." I said smiling down at the gray withered daisy.

"Why?" He asked in amusement, and I sighed.

"I don't know! With everything that's happened I realized I never really got the chance to practice my powers. Besides, imagine what my little, beautiful, baby girl will say when she learns her mommy cam bring dead flowers back to life! And! What if I could bring something more from the dead?" I asked worried, and excited.

"I don't think that's a good idea, Love." He said stern, and I nodded my head knowingly.

"I'm still trying with the flower." I said pointedly, and he chuckled rocking Aurora slowly.

"Okay." I huffed, and sat crisscrossed on the ground. I smiled at Klaus as he focused fully on Aurora as he slowly sat down on the ground in front of me.

"How do you plan on bringing this flower back from the Other Side?" He asked teasingly, and I huffed.

"I don't know!" I exclaimed, and looked intently at the flower after I laid it in my palms.

"Close your eyes, and imagine the flower alive." Klaus suggested, and I looked at him doubtful while he smirked, but conceited, closing my eyes. I took a deep breath, and imagined the black withered petals, the ripped barely hanging on crumbled blackened leaves, and the shriveled black stem. I took another deep breath, and thought of the flower alive. I imagined the flowers petals turning into a snow white color other than the withered black. Then I imagined the shriveled up black stem turning into a beautiful long dark green stem. I thought of the center of the flower turning a bright yellow from the ugly greenish gray it now sits as.

"Open you eyes, Love." Klaus said in awe, and I slowly opened my eyes.
