Sayra recalled the conversation they had in his bedroom on Inayat's barat day. He wanted a chance, he said he's regretting and willing to do anything that will give him chance to be with her, a chance he's desperate for. She also want to be with him, she also want to feel loved but how could she give in when she knew he would not protect her heart. His rejection would left her poor heart wounded once again and she'll not be able gather herself this time if he tried to break her heart, she'd crumbled. She's not willing to go through the same heartbreak that she'd gone three years ago. She's not that strong and her self respect will also not allow it. So she'd decided that she'll free herself from this toxic relationship, it's the only solution. And she hoped her aba wouldn't be disappointed with her decision. Her heart protested weakly against her decision but she didn't hear its demand and steeled her mind.
her mind jumbled with thousands of thoughts as Sayra absentmindly stride the chaney. The mouthwatering aroma of spicy chaney filled the kitchen.
"Arey beta abhi tak ready kyon nhi tum, jao jaldi se tayar ho jao. Nhi toh Ibrahim naraz hoga." Afreen aunty told her when she saw her in kitchen.
"Main jaa kar kya krungi aunty." The sadness in her voice made her sigh and she turned her around to face her who looked forlorn. Her always lively eyes looked dull today.
"Beta tum Inayat ki ek loti bhabhi ho, tumhara haq bhi hai aur farz bhi. Aur tum dono toh dost bhi ho, phir kyon......kya Ibrahim ne kuch kaha? Kya usi ki wajah se inkaar kar rhi ho?" She grasped her chin, lifting her face who nodded her head in no. "Toh phir iss inkaar ki wajah?"
"Main kisi ko ab jawab nhi de sakti . Log taunt karte hain aunty. Meri bardasht ki had khatm ho chuki hai yeh sunne ki, ki mera kya rishta hai aap logon ke sath ki mujhe itni tawajo, itna Maan diya jata hai. Yeh rishta bhi jai se ab atak sa gya hai. Na mai aage badh pa rhi hun aur na hi wo. Aur na hi ab main Ibrahim per yakeen kar sakti hun ki wo yeh shadi nibhayenge." There was a long moment of pause before she finally spoke. Tears pooled in her eyes and she tried to blink them back. Seeing her so emotional Afreen begum cupped her cheek.
"beta mujhe pta hai ki tum Ibrahim se naraz ho, aur tumhari khafgi jayez bhi hai, lekin tum dono ka nikah hua hai.
miyan biwi ho tum dono, aur aaj nhi toh kal sabko pta chal hi jana hai. She softly told the disheartened girl who didn'tmet her eyes. "Maine tumse kaha tha na ki agar koi tumhe kuch bhi kahe to seedhe merey paas aana hai tumne. Phir kyon nhi aai tum." She eyed her with mock anger and Sayra ducked her head down due to loss of words. She continued with a small smile. "Allah par yakeen rakho aur jo ho rha hai usey hone do. Wo sab thik kar dega." Her soothing voice made her emotional as she threw her arms around her and hugged her tightly while sniffing.
"Bas bas meri jaan. Ab bilkul na rona aur merey nalayak betey ke liye aansu jaya karne ki bilkul zaroorat nhi. Fikr mat kro khoob kaan khenchungi mai uski agar ab usne tumhe rulaya hai toh..hmm!!" Afreen aunty wiped her face with her dupatta and told her to get ready who agreed and smiled back halfheartedly.

Wearing a dark blue checkered shirt paired with khaki pants with the first two buttons undone and sleeves rolled up giving a good look of his strong veiny forearms, he was taking her breath away effortlessly. His light stubble added more to his charm and she almost swooned when he rubbed his plam against his stubble jaw.
His biceps looked more prominent when he pushed back his soft hair from his forehead as he furiously typed in his phone with deep concentration. he looked more rugged and muscular then before. His toned thighs parted and a deep frown itched on his otherwise smooth forehead that Sayra didn't like at all. Sighing softly, she averted her gaze from the sinfully gorgeous man and lifted the white long dress and climbed down the stairs all the while trying not to step on it.
