I hear sirens finally but I'm not even sure that's a good thing anymore. I'm 17 so I can't go to jail but juvie isn't out of question. I turn on my phone, it's almost dead. I quickly text my mom, telling her I'm in an alley but I'll be home soon.
Is that true though?
I see a cop get out of a white car. "You must be...Sasha Jordan?"
I give a weak nod. "How did you know?"
"Your mother said you were missing." The lady looks around. "Now, you wanna tell me what happened here?"
