⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅ Angelic. That was the first and only word you could describe Mallory as. She was sweet and pure,always seeing the beauty in everything including you. You had gotten close with her over time and soon those feelings had grown into something more. You didn't know if she felt the same way. You secretly hoped she did but never mentioned anything. Your feelings for her became more intense to the point you couldn't even talk to her without being flustered and overwhelmed. You knew that if you didn't tell her how you felt you might not ever. So when Mallory invited you to go on a picnic with her,you knew that would be the perfect time. It was a beautiful field covered in all sorts of flowers. You helped her spread the picnic blanket out and sat down. Mallory had made you your own sandwich and you ate it with joy. "This is very lovely of you, Mallory." You gushed with joy,taking a big bite from your sandwich. Mallory giggled from your excitement and took a bite from her own. You both sat there enjoying nature and when you turned to look at her to say something,you froze. The bright sun shined down on her,giving her a out of this world glow. It was breathtaking how much she resembled Aphrodite at that second. Not noticing that Mallory realized you had frozen up,you jumped when she snapped her fingers in front of your face. "Earth to y/n you in there?" Mallory said laughing You gave a awkward laughed and nodded "Sorry must have zoned out." You explained trying to hide your blush by looking down at your food. The next few minutes were awkwardly silent. You kept screaming at yourself in your head to tell her how you felt. As soon as you would open your mouth to say something, you'd close it feeling too embarrassed. Mallory soon caught on to the sudden change in your behavior. "Y/n? Are you okay because you've been acting different." You contemplated rather to brush her off saying you were fine or go ahead confess your true feelings. As much as you wanted to not say anything,you knew you had to. "Mallory,I love you." Mallory stared at you and smiled "I love you too silly." You took a deep breath and went on "No like I actually love you more than I've loved anyone or anything else." You explained "You're the only one I want." You let out a breath of relief after talking. Feeling so much better you finally got the feeling off your chest and you didn't have to spend all the nights laying in bed awake worrying you might never get them out. Mallory smiled and starred at you. You got a little nervous from the lack of reaction until she leaned in to kiss you. It was a quick and soft kiss and when she pulled away,she smiled again ''you're the only one I want too."
