Bakugo never feels anything but anger - sometimes violence - but as he was watching Y/N smile at the girls as they all brought her sweets from home made him feel something.

The entire weekend was confusing. Honestly.

He did not know why a person, like her, who has been used and tortured so much could even bring herself to smile at people she doesn't really know.

Was it blind faith?

Was it optimism?

Or was she simply broken? Too broken to even process whatever shit happened in her life?

All her knew was that he felt pity... No, he was sorry. He was sorry that she had to go through it. No one deserved shit (well, not true. Bakugo knew shit should happen to people who has done bad in their lives.) and it seems like she hasn't done that much to deserve everything.

"Hey Bakugo," Kirishima joined him in his seat. "Still thinking about the story huh?"

"Tch, no." Bakugo scoffed, moving his eyes away from the group and towards his friend. "What? Why the fuck are you smiling like that?"

"Oh I don't know. I guess it bothered me so much. I remembered when you were kidnapped and I guess I was afraid you'd be tortured and all that crap." Kirishima said which stunned Bakugo, they were friends but they don't normally share anything as sensitive as this. "I can never imagine that it would even happen. And I actually met someone who went through that!"

Bakugo scowled, "Villians."

"Well anyway, she's out now. She seems happy and I'd like to be one of the reasons she adjusts, you know." Kirishima stretched his arms and crossed them behind his head, "Maybe she'll become another Recovery Girl."

"Hell no." Bakugo disagreed. He was glad Denki butted in the conversation because he could never really say what he actually thought.

"Here you go, Y/N." Midoriya offered Y/N a bento box. "I told my mom that we have a new friend and she's new in the place so she made you something she thought you might enjoy."

The healer smiled wide and accepted the gifts. She bowed her head in gratitude - Mr. Mamoru taught her so many things and she was as polite as he was. Those who were gathered around her tried to hold themselves back from commenting how cute she was.

She was like a little sister to be taught of what is happening to the world. Y/N didn't know too much and they were all so excited to show her every single thing they can.

"Do you like ice cream, Y/N? We can go and have some if you'd like." Mina smiled wide at the healer.

Y/N looked at them, wondering what they were talking about.

"She doesn't know what ice cream is, you extras." Bakugo interjected. "Besides, stop feeding her junk!"

"Ah but she is a healer right? She is always healthy!" Denki tried to put the pieces together.

Mamoru chuckled as he carried the gifts, "That is actually true. Her regeneration allows her body to heal quickly from any impending sickness, diseases, and injuries. That is a good observation, Mr. Kaminari."

New to praises, Denki turned red and was chuckling nervously. "You can really just call me Denki, Mr. Mamoru!"

"Just call him Pikachu." Bakugo smirked.

Denki pouted at his friend, "Hey! Tough words, Primeape!"

"What did you just say, you extra? Do you want to di-"

Y/N laughed at their exchange and the classmates were surprised. They didn't really consider making her laugh before, everyone was just so intent in making her talk.

"Ah, Bakubro, you made her laugh!" Kirishima threw an arm around Bakugo, who was also taken aback by the turn of events.

Mamoru smiled at them, "I assume that it means Mr. Bakugo will not be having cleaning duties this month?"

"Hey! That's not fair! I was in the conversation!" Denki complained as he rushed towards Y/N to hug her but Bakugo managed to reach out and grab him by the collar. "Let me go Kacchan!"

"Tsk, of course I won. I'm the best. Come on, Pikachu, I need a new punching bag." He dragged Denki out of the dorm and towards the training area.

Kirishima laughed before running after the two, "Wait for me!"

"Sorry about that sudden outburst, Mr. Mamoru." Iida looked at the older man, "Bakugo is..."

Mamoru held up a hand to stop him, "Mr. Bakugo is a good host to us."

"Wait, we were looking at the same Bakugo, right Mr. Mamoru?" Jiro asked, one of her earjacks scratching her hair.

"Of course. He is kind to us, so is Mr. Kirishima."

Sero laughed, "Kirishima I can understand but Bakugo?"

Y/N was still very quiet. After the weekend, she has realized that the girls were correct. Although Bakugo would usually spit out mean words, he never went beyond it. He would act so mean towards Kirishima but the other would only laugh at his antics - which would further irritate the blond.

She also noticed that there were times when Kirishima would be too comfortable and get closer (acting as if she was one of his classmates), Bakugo would immediately drag him off to train, just like the way he did with Denki.

Did he notice?
