"Here is your dinner, Miss Y/N."

Y/N kept quiet even as Mamoru served her food. She was still mulling over what that boy said. They were all trying to make her speak. She was a game to them.

Of course it hurt her terribly. She was already feeling comfortable with the girls who visited her. Momo brought her cakes, Tsuyu showed her quirk, Uraraka told her stories, and then...

"How about it? Talk to me! I don't know which will be better! Hearing a cute girl speak or the idea that I can get you to talk before everyone else!"

Y/N sighed.

Of course they all wanted something from her. Everyone did.

"Don't forget, my dear. You are made for everyone else. You owe us your life."

Her father's voice still sent chills down her spine. She didn't know what her family did for a living, she just knows that whenever someone was injured, they would be brought to her. She will heal them and then she would be in pain.

Gun wounds.

Stabs.

Broken limbs.

Her power was limitless. She could heal them all in an instant but the only cost was that her body would generate the same exact wounds on her own body.

Mamoru would always tend to her needs when she could not handle herself. She could heal on her own overnight. Her body regeneration was quick but it was not painless.

She could feel the pain, as much pain as it took as it healed and then her body was good as new the next day.

It was a daily struggle and she was glad she got out of it.

"Mr. Mamoru," She spoke, looking at her caretaker's eyes, "do you think...they were only using me?"

Mamoru sat across her, "Miss." He sighed, "They seem like good kids. They have good intentions. However, I do believe that they are still young. They probably made a game out of it to make it fun."

Ever since he has seen Uraraka and Iida, Mamoru relaxed. He could feel no bad intentions from them and he knew they were no harm to the girl he has taken cared of for a long time.

If Principal Nezu trusted them, he trusted them as well.

"Do you think so?" Y/N bit her lower lip, unsure. As much as she was groomed to serve other people and think nothing of her needs, she still protected herself from pain especially after not encountering it for a week. Comfort was addicting. "Alright. Maybe I was too harsh."

Mamoru smiled, "You have grown to like their visits."

"I do." Y/N nodded. She did! She enjoyed their company. "Mr. Mamoru, may I be allowed to get my own glass of water?"

Her caretaker stared at her in surprise. Back in her family house, Y/N was not allowed to wander. She only had her quarters.

"Are you...sure?" Mamoru managed to say.

Y/N smiled, "Yes." She stood and glanced at the man, "I managed to memorize the blueprint of the dorm. I know where to go."

But deep inside, she was frightened.

Y/N walked up to her door, even reaching out for the doorknob was so difficult. But when it opened under her grasp, she let out a sigh. She looked around, trying to see if there were other people.

But she and Mr. Mamoru take their dinners very late in the night, so as not to bother the class and their routines.

She walked quietly, just like the times when Mr. Mamoru allows her to wander when her family is not around to tell her not to.

Y/N didn't know how to use the elevator so she opted to take the stairs.

The feeling of freedom was exhilarating and the mere act of getting her own water from the shared kitchen excited her.

She found the kitchen a few minutes after taking a quick glance around the common area where the sofas were. Pillows were everywhere and she smiled. She could only hear their laughter and their noise from her room, she often wondered what they were about.

Although Uraraka told her so many funny stories, Y/N wanted to see it for herself.

"Who the hell are you?" A gruff voice came from the entrance of the kitchen.

Y/N turned her head in fright, her eyes landing on a blond boy glaring at her. She opened her mouth to speak but she couldn't find her voice.

Was he dangerous?
Did he come to kill her?
Were her father's stories true?

"Tch, you're that healer girl." He walked towards her. Y/N wanted to move but she couldn't. "Move out of the way. I need the fridge, damn it."

She looked up at him, he was taller and definitely stronger.

"What is it, freak?" He scoffed, "What? You think I need something from you? I don't need anything from you. I'm not an idiot. I didn't even want to meet you." Then he growled, louder this time, "I said move, damn it."

But she was frozen on the spot.

"Hey Bakugo! Where did you run off to? We were just about to beat Denki!" Another male voice made Y/N jump.

The blond, who she assumed was named Bakugo, glanced at her then huffed, "Hang on, sharkboy." He left the room and the last thing Y/N heard from him that night was, "Why the hell were you even following me?"

Y/N let out a deep breath. She could not believe her luck! The first time she steps out of her room and she encounters a scary person.

She grasped her glass of water tightly and somehow his words struck her deeply.

"I don't need anything from you."
