Fairy AU- Adrienette

A/N:
I'm aware that in the picture above they aren't actually fairies, but it reminds me of them so that's why I inserted it. Plus they look so cute together!

~Adrien's pov~

"Jeez, how much cheese do those mice need? I swear every single time we carry these things for them the more bigger and heavier it gets." My best friend Nino complained. "Yeah and every single time we carry cheese for them the more you complain." I said chuckling. "Haha, stop it I'm cracking up." He said sarcastically. I just kept laughing at him. "Guys guess what!" Alya exclaimed as she ran up to us. She and Nino have been dating for quite some time now. "Hey babe, what's up?" He asked his girlfriend. "There's going to be a new fairy coming this afternoon!" She explained cheerfully. "Really that's great." I said. "Yeah and the best part is that Lady Bustier asked me to show her around!" She exclaimed excited. "Congrats babe!" He said. "Hopefully she gets to be in our friend group." She said. "Yeah I'm tired of being a third wheel to you two." I said. "Oh please, you're just jealous that you don't have a girlfriend of your own." Nino chuckled. "Seriously, you act like you don't have fairies throwing themselves at you left and right." Alya said. "It's not my fault I'm not interested." I defended myself. "Maybe you might be interested in the new fairy~." Alya teased. "We'll see about that." I replied. They always teased me about still being single even though there was quite the amount of fairies who like me. But truth is that none of them catch my eye, and they all only really like me because of my looks. So we'll have to wait and see if this new fairy is any different, but I doubt it.

~Marinette's pov~

"Hello there, miss Marinette." Lady Bustier greeted. "Hello." I greeted back. "I would like for you to meet Alya. She'll be showing you around and if you have any questions you can come to her or to me." Lady Bustier said. "Okay." I replied. "Well then if you don't have anymore questions, you can go now." Lady Bustier said. "Okay come on let's go Marinette!" Alya exclaimed as she dragged me. "I'm so excited to show you around! And I can already tell we're going to be besties!" She exclaimed excited.

We took a break and she took me to her place to eat lunch. She was really fun and very energetic. "So why did you decide to move meadows?" She asked. "Well the one I was living in was going to get destroyed as a new family bought the land and was going to build a house. Most of the fairies went to a different meadow that was near by, but I decided to come here since I heard that this one was quite far from humans." I explained. "Oh, well you're going to love it here!" She exclaimed. "I hope." I said giggling. "How about after we finish lunch, I'll introduce you to my boyfriend and his best friend." She suggested. "I'd love to, but I still need to do some unpacking." I said. "Well then let's hurry up and finish eating to go get your house ready so we can go hangout with them!" She exclaimed. "Okay I'm almost done." I said.

We flew to my house since it was faster that way and started getting all my stuff settled in my new home. After a while we finished and I wanted to take a nap but Alya wanted me to meet her friends. And at least I might not struggle making friends as I thought I would.

~Adrien's pov~

Nino and I finished helping out Lady Mendeleive with her new experiments which went better than last time. "Oh look there's Alya and the new fairy." He pointed out as they were coming our way. "Hey guys, I want you to meet Marinette!" Alya exclaimed. "Hi there." Marinette said. When I took a good look at her she was absolutely gorgeous. She had bluebell eyes, midnight hair that was wavy and a bit below her shoulders, porcelain skin, lucious peachy lips, cute little freckles, a pink outfit, and don't get me started on her magical looking wings. "Drien! Adrien! ADRIEN!" Nino yelled. "W-what?" I asked. "You alright man? Kinda lost you there for a second." He said. "O-oh yeah, I just zoned out for a bit, that's all." I replied. What the hell is happening to me?

I was up all night not being able to sleep since I was too busy thinking about Marinette. I mean how could I not? She was much different than other fairies, like for starters she helped another fairy with all of those buckets of seeds for the birds, she helped a ladybug struggling to get up, and offered to help out with many things. She's just so generous, polite, putting others before her, and most of all she was absolutely stunning. And she actually cared about what I had to say unlike those other fairies who only care about my looks. She was everything I dream in a girl and more. Then the realization suddenly hit me and my eyes widened. "Oh man, I'm in love!" I exclaimed in disbelief.
