Imaginary Friends- Plikki (I guess)

~Tikki's pov~

I've seen it all, from her birthdays, first days of school, and even her making actual friends. And it's truly been an amazing experience to say the least. But yet I still can't help myself feeling upset.

I knew it was going to happen someday, and yet I'm feeling as if I was never aware.

"Hey Tikki, I brought some cookies and camembert." Plagg said.

"Thanks Plagg, but I'm not really hungry right now." I replied.

He sighed and made his way to sit next to me.

He was about to say something but I cut him off. "I know, I know it was bound to happen someday." I said looking at the floor.

"So then why are you so down in the dumps?" He asked as he placed his hand on my shoulder.

I hesitantly look at him. "Because Plagg, I've seen her grow from a little toddler to a mature and responsible teen." I said as I felt tears threatening to fall down my face.

"So did I with Adrien, and look at me now. He's forgotten about me for 3 years now and I'm perfectly fine." He said.

"But with it's different with Marinette, we were way closer than you and Adrien." I said.

"Look, I'm not really good at this advice thing. But what I do know is that you should stop going back to her and watch from a distance, it's not helping you. And you don't have to worry about her, she's got Adrien." He said.

I nodded in response and put on a small smile, causing him to smile in return.

"Good, well I should get going. Take care and don't go stalking her again." He said as he left.

I tried to listen to Plagg but I just couldn't bring myself to not come back.

I watched her as she walked to the park with her friends. She just looks so happy with them. I watched her for a few more hours until I headed back to my realm.

I sniffeld and wiped the tears from my eyes away.

"Ahem." I heard a very familiar someone say.

I looked up to find Plagg looking at me with his arms crossed as he gave me a 'where have you been?' look.

"Sorry, I tried I really did but I couldn't help it." I explained.

He sighed and just smiled at me, at least he's understanding.

I was in her room just looking at things and basking in memories.

Then I heard someone open the trap door, I didn't bother in hiding because whoever it was they couldn't see me.

"Tikki?" I heard someone ask.

I turn to see Marinette looking right at me.

"Tikki, is that really you? It's been so long since I've last seen you!" She exclaimed.

"Wait you can see me?" I asked in complete shock.

"Of course, silly!" She said.

"I... I thought you forgot about me." I barely managed to get out.

"I would never forget about you. You're too special to every be forgotten. I'm sorry if I made you feel that way." She said.

"Oh it's okay Marinette!" I exclaimed.

I was too ecstatic about the fact that we reunited once more.
