"I am very impressed with these designs you've created Ms. Dupain-Cheng. I am sure they'll sale within minutes after being shown on the runway."

Marinette internally pumped her fist. She did not only get Gabriel Agreste's approval, but was also able to get a compliment out of him! Everyone knew Gabriel Agreste was very particular about fashion and the work of the designers he collaborated with.

Life has been surprisingly great these past several months for Marinette. Heck, it's been more like a year and a half! She's been on the come up lately with all of her designs getting more and more attention as time passes by. In the beginning when she was in collége she would sell clothing items on websites like Etsy. But as time went on she was able to have her own online store that had been created by Max, a friend of her best friend's sister Juleka.

Speaking of which, Luka had also been a great support in achieving her dreams. And so was she. They've been best friends since Élémentaire, though she hasn't seen him in a few months. Not since he left to go on tour with his dad a few months back. Oh yeah, has it been mentioned that his dad is Jagged Stone? Another wonderful person who has been a great help in her growing career.

Years prior to all this, she would add some things to Jagged's costumes. He would credit her of course but since they weren't full on outfits the public couldn't see her real  potential. That is until Jagged asked her to make him an outfit for the red carpet (or smthn like that idk). That is when she really started to get noticed.

Big names in the industry like the 'queen of fashion' Audrey Bourgeois started to talk about her as well. Which leads her to now where she has her own online store and boutique and is now collaborating with the Gabriel Agreste.

So yes, one might say life is going really swell for the 24 year old woman.

"Oh, Gabriel, there is an urgent matter to attend to with the fabrics." Even though it was an 'urgent matter', Natalie still kept her monotonous tone.

"Natalie, please I am in the middle of a meeting. Can't it wait?" Gabriel said not looking up from the folder of designs.

"I am afraid not. There's been a problem with the order." Gabriel still occupied until Natalie mention that it had to do with his next campaign.

"I see," he cleared his throat and stood up, "My apologies, Miss. Dupain-Cheng. I have to go take care of this. I won't take long." Gabriel said before taking off, Natalie following behind.

Marinette inhaled deeply before letting it all out. Wow. She wasn't even aware of how nervous she actually was. At least she had a few minutes of alone time to relax.

Adrien was on his way to his father's company. For some reason Gabriel wanted him to meet Marinette Dupain-Cheng. He had no idea why since he wasn't really going to be interacting with at the runway show. And it wasn't like she was going to be modeling with him in the future.
