~Marin's pov~

"Hey, Marin!" Adrienne greeted with a cheery tone and bright smile.

"Oh hey, Adrienne." I greeted back.

"Fencing practice was cancelled and I was wondering if you'd like to grab some ice cream with me." She said.

"Gee I'd love to Adrienne, but I already have plans with Lucy. But don't worry, I'll make it up to you, I promise." I said.

"Oh, that's alright." She replied.

"Yo Marin, Adrienne! Come on, we'll be late for class!" Alan yelled as he signaled for us to go to class.

"Looks like we've got to go." I said to Adrienne as we started to head to class.

"Yep." She replied giggling.

I've come a long way now from liking her. I remember I couldn't even get a sentence without stuttering. But now I don't even have feelings for her. Alan was shocked at first, but now he's proud that I've finally stopped being a poor love sick teenage boy, well that's as far as he knows.

"Dupain-Cheng! What are you doing with MY Adriboo!?" Cole asked as me and Adrienne walked inside the classroom.

"1st of all, we're just trying to get to class. And 2nd of all, she doesn't belong to you or anyone else." I said.

"Why you little-!" He yelled.

"What? You serioulsy can't be mad at the honest truth." I said cutting him off.

"Honest truth, huh? You want to know some honest truth, you'll never be able to become successful. You'll always be a nobody because your designs are so bad. No matter how much you try you'll never make it in life." He said.

"Well, I'd rather at least try to become successful than to just be a spoiled brat who gets everything handed to them than actually ever earning it. Face it Cole, the only reason you're so 'rich and famous' is because of your mom, who you aren't even grateful for. If it weren't for her you'd never be able to have all of the things you do. And don't even try to put your hands on me because I'll wipe the floor with you just like last time." I spat back as I took my seat.

He tried to say something back but seemed to be having some trouble doing so. So instead he just ended up standing up and storming out the room, Sebastian following after him.

"Way to go, Marin!" Kimmy cheered. And not long after so did everyone else.

~Adrienne's pov~

I hardly payed attention to the teacher as I was distracted with some other things. I just couldn't stop thinking about how brave Marin was as he stood up for me.

"Earth to Adrienne!" Nina said as she waved her hand in front of my face.

"I'm sorry, were you saying something?" I asked.

"Thinking about Marin?" She asked smirking at me.

"Yeah, it's just I can't stop thinking about how he stood up for me. The bravery of that man, I swear." I said.

"Well anyways, I gotta go. I'm helping Alan babysit his brothers, later dudette." She said as she left.

That's when I got a message. I opened it up and it turned out to be Keagan.
