"Love, it's late," Klaus yawned. "Can we go to bed, now?"

I sighed, putting down the round metal bookshelf I was about to ask Klaus to help me hang over the new dresser. We've been working on Hope's nursery all day long. And it was so close to being finished. Jackson and Hayley were here to help earlier.

Klaus managed to build Hope's new dresser, Hayley and I put the wallpaper on the long wall behind Hope's crib, and Jackson modified the crib, sharpening the edges and painting the sides white whilst leaving the bars the wooden brown he used to build it.

I also managed to decorate the small dresser on the right wall of the room. I had a plant, a book, and a small wooden basket on top. Above it on the wall was a gold floating shelf that held candles, picture frames, a small mirror, and a fake potted cactus. And right above that was a large horizontal painting of two large cacti in the desert that was the length of the shelf and dresser. That was the only thing done on that wall besides the gold curtain rod Jackson put up for me. Curtains not on yet. And Klaus put in a gold wall lamp that was on the other side of the window, near the corner where I was going to put in the blush pink arm chair I ordered that was still downstairs in the box it came in.

That led to the main wall, directly across from the main door. The light blue wallpaper with printed green and dark blue cacti with blooming pink flowers. Hope's crib was right in the middle of it with gold round mirror above it. To the right would be where the chair goes and on the left corner was the door to Hayley's room.

And the wall to the left was bare. Besides the long dresser against the wall that sat between the two doors to the room. Only thing on it was a small basket. We were using this as a changing table. All the drawers were full of clothes courtesy of Hayley who filled it all in while I did the other.

That's all we had done in the room. Oh! And the large tan rug in the middle of the room. It had three white diamonds in the middle, all three were a shaggy material while the rest of the carpet was like cable carpet material. I was loving the nursery so far. It super boho. And Hayley adored it all.

I wanted to finish it this weekend so Hope could be sleeping in it. Tonight she was sleeping with Hayley in Jackson. Either in their bed or in her bassinet. "We didn't put the sheets on her mattress in the crib," I told Klaus.

"You can do that tomorrow while I put up the chandelier and whatever else you want, but love, I'm tired. All I want is to get into bed with you and go to sleep," he told me.

I nodded, "Fine, fine. Sorry. I know it's late."

"We've been working on this for fifteen hours. Yeah, it's more than late. I'm exhausted."

I nodded again, putting the shelf on the counter. I'll save this for tomorrow. I met Klaus halfway, the two of us standing in the middle of the room. "Hope will be sleeping in here tomorrow. Okay? We'll finish it all tomorrow. I promise," he said.

"Okay," I replied simply. He took my hand and led the way from Hope's nursery to our bedroom.

Klaus and I were walking hand in hand into the kitchen. He was dragging his feet because we had our first spin class at 9AM. I promised to make him a huge unhealthy breakfast: chocolate chip pancakes, lots of crispy bacon, and cinnamon rolls.

"Morning," I greeted Hayley who was standing at the island counter with Hope on her hip while she used her free hand to pour herself a bowl of cereal.
