Chapter ~ 10 The Ceremony Day

Victoria's POV

Today I wokeup early at 7.45 but me being me I went back to sleep. But the problem was I wasnt able to sleep. I huffed. Ever since I opened my eyes my wolf has been antsy and jittery.

Frustrated, I just wokeup and had a warm relaxing shower and by the time I was dressed it was 8.10. As I exited my room I followed the decadent aroma of omlette coming from the kitchen almost falling down the stairs.

As soon as I entered the kitchen I saw Elaine and Amanda working on breakfast. So here I was having my breakfast, savouring its taste. Halfway through my breakfast Layla dashed down the stairs.

"You wokeup so early!? I thought you must be laying in the bed warming your ass but I didn't find you there." Layla said being over excited or shocked? God knows..

"Yeah so? My wolf is just uneasy so I decided to wakeup." I said shrugging and continued digging in my plate.

"Okay...." she trailed.

"Anyways we gotta go shopping! There's a ceremony tonight. There's also a ball! And we dont have any dresses so we gotta get 'em and get ready as well." She said and dragged me out the door.

"My breakfast Layla.. You did no fair! My poor breakfast is left uneaten now" I whined, pouting like a kid.

"Stop being kiddish Tori." She scolded me.

Thank god I decided to wear some jean shorts and printed sleeveless top or else she would have dragged me in my pjs.

"Oh wait. Actualy my mates sis is supposed to come. But I dont know where or who she is." She said making a kind of poker face.

"I'm here!" A voice shrieked. I looked towards the source and saw 2 girls, may be just a year smaller than us. One looked like a nerd who was grinning at both of us.

"Oh hi. I'm Layla and this is Tori" Layla said to the girl.

"Hi to both of you. I'm Amaya and this is Kailey my friend. I'm Leo's sister. So lets move to the mall. I'll take you people there and we'll shop together."

"Okay lets go then" i said and we all sat in the car and pulled off.

After a heck lot of roaming and shopping and trying dresses and shoes and blah blah blah... we were finally back! I was surprised to know that the mall was open at 10 early in the morning. Yeah 10 is early for me.

Now here we are getting ready for this ceremony that I have no interest in. Ever since my bday party I havent been in the mood to attend any party now. But I guess the luck isnt on my side. Its like I'm having phobia with parties.

Layla and Amaya chose a Pinkish peach colour type strapless dress for me. It is beautiful. I paired it with diamond earrings and a bracelet and left my brown hair open in loose curls and light makeup with matching stilettos.

Layla had worn a black satin party gown with one shoulder strap and matching heels. Amaya had worn a white halter neck gown and put a side bun.

We were all ready so we all headed down.

Amaya and Leo introduced me and Layla to their group. Even if we were at this ball I didn't know reason for it. Strange, I know but couldn't care less.

After a while Alpha Anderson was standing beside the stage with Elaine, getting ready to do some announcement. Leo went to door as if to greet some special  guest. Me and Layla just stood there drinking our wine.
