It was night, everyone was sleeping or...well, maybe most of everyone was sleeping.

Except,

San who was in his office going through all of his and kai's memories.

Seonghwa who was walking in the backyard looking at the moon.

Wooyoung who was in his cage looking at the moon as well with his head resting on the bar.

Felix who was standing in front of his and changbin's room window looking at the town in front of the pack house as it is the veiw from their window.

Jennie who lay wide awake looking outside at the moon as tears roll down her eyes.

Yeosang was sitting on the window frame of his and his mate's room looking down at his mate with a sad expression.

Now everyone must be thinking, why are they all awake?

Actually the thing is...

Tomorrow's is kai's funeral.

And none of them is ready for that. They didn't know how to feel about it.

Jennie sits up as she looks at the moon, more tears roll down her pretty face.

She stands and makes her way to the fourth floor where a piano is.

After she made her way their, she sits on the piano and starts playing it.

Jennie keeps singing as she goes to her memories with kai.

(Past) jennie laugh as kai makes silly faces. She hit kai on arm playfully making kai stops and pouts but soon smile and looks at jennie like she is a presious jewelry.

"What?" Jennie ask while coming down from her heartfelt laughter.

"Nothing, you just looked so beautiful." Jennie smile fades for a sec before they both smiles again and they spent that night cuddling each other while stargazing.

"When you hurt under the surface.

(Past) kai made jennie looks up in his eyes, after they both officially mark each other.

"Well time can heal but this won't"

(Past) kai leans closer as the candles around them were no better only adding beauty in secen.

"So, before you go..."

(Past) jennie close her eyes as well.

"Was their something I could have said to make your heart beat better?"

(Past) their lips mets. It was a passionate yet full of love kiss.

"Is only i'd known you had a storm to weather."

(Present) jennie open her eyes as more tears roll down her eyes.

But she continue thinking.

"So, before you go!"

(Past) jennie looks in kai's fearful eyes who pleased her to go, run away, hide herself, live without him and leave him.

"Was their something I could've said to make it all stop hurting!"

(Present) jennie was singing while crying. How could she now live without him? How!?

So, she keeps singing, pouring her hurtness, her sadness everything in this song.

"So..before you go..."

(Present) jennie feets takes her to the door where kai body was ready already for tomorrow.

Her eyes and everything fell numb as she makes small steps towards him.

"Kai....." she whispered as she falls besides him.

"Kai.." she whispered again shaking kai slowly.

"Kai, kai please wake up." She lay herself next to kai neat, lifeless cold body.

She placed her head on kai's chest as tears roll down her cheeks and on kai's neat white dress.

"Kai... please wake up, for last time... before you go...."

She closed her eyes.

(Next day) jennie breaths felt like it stops as he halt in her steps.

She couldn't care less about anyone else around her, cause right now. Her only focus was on her dead mate.

Every step that jennie took towards kai, felt like a burden on her shoulder. He looked so peaceful, so beautiful sleeping like that. He didn't looked dead. Jennie mind and brain were both telling that, it will be a matter of a time when kai woke up and hug and kiss her like he always did.

But the faded mark on her neck tells another story.

Jennie truly didn't know how to feel right now. Her eyes never leaving kai's face.

Why?

"Before you go..."

All memories, their first met-up in highschool to the day she saw that intruder killed kai. In front of eyes. All were replaying them in her mind.

She felt her blood run cold as her small steps finally stops in front of kai's laying body in coffin.

She didn't have any energy left.

All night she spend was not enough for her.

Early morning, when san and seonghwa comes to collect kai body they found jennie sleeping for the last time with her dead mate.

All of them looked dead in those white and black dresses.

It wasn't raining but wasn't so sunny either.

San and seonghwa both were who buried their best friend six feets under the ground.

Jennie falls on ground on her knees  as her eyes never leave the grave his mate is now. The mark on her neck vanish completely with small sparkles as sobs left her mouth with tears. Yeosang and mrs.park besides her crying themself.

Everyone was crying or silently crying but jennie eyes never leave where her mate was now six feets under.

After few hours, everyone went home except jennie who stays sitting besides kai grave with no emotion, no tears.

San place a hand on her shoulder.

"Jen, me and seonghwa are waiting for you on parking lot." Jennie nods her head only.

San sigh as he pats jennie should before leaving her alone with kai.

Jennie closed her tired, swollen red eyes as tears roll down and fall on the flowers placed on kai's grave.

"Kai.... I miss you already."
