Naging busy ako ng ilang linggo dahil sa paghahanda ng anniversary celebration sa Rhodes group, Zayn isn't any different since he's managing primavera and the renovation needs to get done than expected time frame. We still see each other but most of the time we can only take glances.
"Good work today Ms!" Puri ni Fritz at binigyan ako ng cup of coffe, pumasok na sya sa driverseat. He really improved, he looks smart and wise now.
"Are the medias and articles ready?" I scanned through the scheduled program for the event, nagsimula na rin syang magdrive.
"Yep, I had a meeting with the director earlier." Sinulyapan ko sya, see, he really improved. "Ihatid ko na po ba kayo pauwi?"
Tinignan ko ang wristwatch at napabuntong-hininga, going home passed midnight isn't a big deal anymore. Nakasanayan ko ng umuwi lampas hating-gabi, thankfully im almost done with this hell. I swear to have a long vacation after this.
"This isn't a way home." Walang gana kong ani nang makitang lumiko sya palayo sa street papunta saamin.
"May namimiss po sainyo, papatayin daw niya ako pag di kita dinala sakanya ngayon." Marahan syang tumawa, napangiti rin lang ako at tumingin sa labas. May mga kakunting nag-lalakad sa tahimik na daan, these people really love walking pass midnight huh, well, its quite romantic.
Tumigil na ang sasakyan sa tabi ng daan, may bumukas naman kaagad sa pintuan at may nakalahad na malambot at malaking palad. From the street lights, I saw his desireful stares directly at me.
"Miss you." Namamaos ang boses nito habang inalalayan ako pababa, malakas niyang sinirado ang pinto bago pinaharurot ni Fritz ang kotse paalis.
"Its almost 3, Zayn." Napailing ako at hinawakan ng mahigpit ang kamay niya upang hilahin papasok sakanyang sasakyan.
"I just miss you." Napatigil ako sa paghakbang nang mahigpit niya akong yakapin mula sa likuran, its so warm and comfortable. He kissed my nape before letting my waist go, "Let's go driving."
I couldn't help to smile when he held my hand 'till the frontseat, the butterflies in my stomach didn't stop whirling, my chest is burning. fuck Zayn Isles, you did it again. I feel like a teenager first time to have a crush huh.
"Driving to where?" I giggled as I stare at the road infront, pinatakbo na niya ang sasakyan, mayroong mahinang instrumentong tumutugtog mula sa speaker. Binuksan rin niya ang roof dahilan upang liparin ang buhok ko sa malamig na paghampas ng hangin.
"I dunno where to, I just wanna be with you." I glance at him before turning to the sidemirror, kahit mahangin ay ramdam ko ang pag-iinit ng aking pisngi.
"You're so chessy, Zayn." Tumawa ako ng mahina, naramdaman ko namang hinawakan niya ang kamay ko habang nakahawak ang isang kamay niya sa steering wheels. I licked my lowerlip, "Tomorrow evening is the anniversary of Rhodes group, I should be resting."
"Do you really have to go?"
"Nope." I chuckles, "but I want to." Pinisil ko ang kamay niya, "I'm announcing to everyone that you're my boyfriend." Biglang pumreno ng biglaan ang sasakyan kaya't muntikan akong masubsob, liningon ko sya habang mabigat ang paghinga sa gulat, "Hey! Why?"
Tinitigan niya ako ng seryoso, tila'y ang lalim at ang dami ng iniisip niya. "You can't." My forehead wrinkles, "You shouldn't." Dahan-dahan niyang binitawan ang kamay ko, my heart shrunk. What's the meaning of this... is he...
