Meditate for 5- 15 minutes as this method required relaxation but does not require sleeping.
After meditating repeat, "I am shifting I am shifting" in your head or out loud whatever fits you best, until you feel tingling, twitching, dizziness, your floating, or itchiness.
After you receive any of these shifting symptoms repeat some affirmations and things out of your script, do this until you feel completely disconnected from your body.
Once you do, visualise your DR. Do this until you feel your surroundings change.
Open your eyes and you should be in your DR.
