This isn't a method. A waiting room is a place that you can script. You can design it to be anything you want, like your DR. It is a place between your CR and your DR. For example, you will complete your method then instead of shifting straight to your DR you will hold yourself in your waiting room before heading to your DR. If you want a waiting room all you have to do is script it. Again no limitations, I like mine to be a calm bakery or a cafe, somewhere where you can remain relaxed although it is not necessary to have one. The point of a waiting room is to get out of your CR faster and making the transition to your DR much easier.
You don't need one as some people don't like waiting rooms.
