Your mom walked into your room and you quickly hid your phone.
"Why were you hiding your phone?...." You mom asked suspiciously.
"No reason." You said quickly, you were texting your girlfriend, Liv.
"Ok.... I was just coming to tell you that dinner was ready." You mom said and left your room. You sighed in relief. You put your phone in your pocket and followed your mom. You walked over to the dinner table and sat down.
"I heard from one of your friends that you're dating someone, is he cute?" Your mom asked, you choked on your food.
"I-I'm not dating anyone!" You retorted.
Well, at least not a guy.....
You hadn't told your mom that you had a girlfriend, let alone that you liked girls.
"I'm not hungry anymore...." You mumbled and walked away from the dinner table.

You were up all night texting Liv, and you half regretted it. Yea, you love her, but you're really tired and it's a Monday.
You got dressed in your school uniform and went to the bathroom to get ready. After you were done you walked downstairs. Your parents were already at work, so they weren't home.
You sighed and put on your shoes. You opened the door and walked out (lol. Sorry, I'm from Canada, we don't lock our doors.)
You sighed and walked to the bus stop. After a minute or so, the bus pulled up and the door opened. You walked onto the bus and sat down next to Liv.
"Did you tell your parents yet." Liv asked and grabbed onto your hand. You blushed and shook your head.
"When are you going to tell your parents, it's been over a month since we started dating and you promised you were going to tell them!" Liv shook her head in disappointment.
"Well... I--"
"If your not going to tell your parents. I am!" Liv declared. Your eyes widened.
"No! Please don't! I'll tell them tonight, promise!" You said. Liv sighed.

You were at your locker, putting all the books in your bag. When you felt someone's hand lift up your skirt slightly. You turned around quickly and saw Liv standing there smirking. You sighed in relief and blushed.
"You scared me." You said and smiled.
"I was just making sure you remember what to do."
"Yea. I do..." You mumbled.

You sighed nervously and cleared your throat. Your parents pause the TV and looked over at you.
"M-mom... Dad.... I have something to tell you.... I-I like girls.... I actually have a girlfriend..." You said. Your mom's jaw dropped and your dad just stared at you. The doorbell rang and you went to go open it, it was Liv. You dragged her along to where your parents were.
"Here she is now..." You said awkwardly. Your parents ran over and hugged you.
"You're so brave, ________. Thank you for telling us." Your mom said. "I think we forgot someone." You mom grabbed Liv and forced her to join the group hug.

You were watching a movie with Liv, it's been an hour since you told your parents and they were taking it surprisingly well, they always forced you to go to church on Sundays, so you always just assumed that they were super religious.
Liv kissed your cheek and cuddled up to you. "I'm glad you kept your promise."
You smiled and blushed. "I love you so much.."
"I love you too, _____."
