"Good luck at the track meet...." You stared at the one girl in the school who won as many trophies as you have. Monika.

"Good luck at hockey...." Monika said back with the same glare, causing your heart to flutter-- in anger of course.

You hated her and she hated you, there was noting else goon on between you two, yup. Definitely.

~•Monika's p.o.v•~

I felt a blush staring and quickly turned away an started walking over to the track, and ___________ started walking to the hockey arena. She only sees me as an enemy but I kind of wish it was different... But if being enemies is what makes ____________ happy, then I'm alright with that.

~~~time skip, like, 5 mins 'cuz I'm lazy~~~

Thinking about ___________ was affecting my running, I know it is, it's making me distracted, but I can't help it, she's just so perfect, a little mean, yea, but that somehow just makes her ever more cute.

After the game, which of course your team won, and you scored the majority of the goals, tour coach called you all into a huddle.

"Ok. So tomorrow you'll be racing against the track team--" you didn't even listen to the rest, you were just plotting how you were going to completely crush Monika. You tried not to laughed evilly.

~~~time skip to after dinner and stuff~~~

You were jogging around your street when you turned the street and saw someone you recognized immediately running towards you.

Ok. I actually live on a street near ___________'s, I was avoiding going this way because I thought I'd run into ___________. But today, my neighbour's on the other side were having a party, and it's just kind of awkward ands lame if you go past a party. So I decided to run on ____________'s street. 

We both kind of ran to each other, seeing as how there was no where else to go.

"You ready to get you ass kicked, Beilschmidt?" __________ laughed nervously.

"No. I'm pretty sure I'm going to win." I smiled a bit, which was odd, but __________ didn't seem to notice.

"Well, we'll see about that...." _____________ mumbled and ran past me.

You had a plan. It was brilliant. See, you knew about Monika's "secret" crush, so you were going to use that against her. You watched one of two raves before it was your turn to race Monika. You smiled brightly at her and she looked back at you really confused.

You two started sprinting when you pretended to trip.

"Ohmygod. Oww." You yelled and Monika immediately ran back to help you up. When Monika was close to you, you whispered "I love you."

While she was surprised you pushed her over and ran to the finish. There is no 'love' in competitions.
