3rd Person's POV

All of them were in the room, conversing quietly as not to bother the sleeping figure on the hospital bed in the middle of everyone.

"Like I said, I don't understand why we have to be monitored too" Paul Complained in a hush tone "We we're in the middle of it all, plus, it's to avoid getting the media, too many people with high positions were affected, and that can cause quite a rut for the Majority" Brock mentioned.

Paul groaned and Trip just pat his back smiling slightly "At least you guys are getting sent home early, I gave Clemont and Bonnie a call and they said they're resting properly at home and haven't gone out in case of media people" Misty piped in "Ooo that's nice, Actually I'm surprised Bonnie was discharged earlier than Nurse Joy and Ms. Yellow" Gary responded.

"Well they aren't really from here, Nurse Joy works and lives here so, it's better to stay here than go home, while Ms. Yellow, was apprehended personally so she needs to be thoroughly checked" Brock commented "Oh, how about Angela?" Max asked "She was given to Mom for the time being" Ash said as he entered the room.

"huh? to Ms. Delia? I thought your parents went to court about custody and all right went to your Dad?. . ."Gary asked, "For real? Like Gary said, wasn't that a huge problem back then?" Max asked nonchalantly "Well they must have come to terms since Mr. Red attended the incident personally as well as Ash and Ms. Yellow, they can't really leave her to anyone else, and keeping an extremely healthy child who was unscathed in a hospital wouldn't be nice" Brock answered.

The rest of the people in the room, that Being Misty, May, Dawn, Iris and Cilan wasn't able to speak up, each and every single one of them thinking 'Hold on isn't this a sensitive subject?' as they sweat dropped.

"You guys... what you just talked about right now is considered sensitive, you made the others uncomfortable" Trip huffed, pinching the bridge of his nose and sighing tiredly, Paul snickered beside him as the four looked at each other and shrugged.

"Well, sorry about that, I'm just so used to talking to these 5 without anyone else so.." Ash said now uncomfortable as well, because, it's like saying 'I'm used to only being able to talk to these 5 ever since running away from you 7 years ago' Even though they've been forgiven, Ash still isn't all that friendly with them.

"Nonetheless, Aren't we going to get Lunch? It's Hospital food so I'd rather get it over with already" Gary Smoothly changed the subject "The disrespect towards Hospital food" Brock huffed "I didn't say anything was wrong with it, I just said I'd rather get over with it" Gary Bounced back.

And everyone just laughed and giggled, Brock sighed "alright kids time to go" Brock said half-heartedly and made his way tot he door "Ah there it is" Paul laughed as he stood followed by trip and trailed behind Brock, while the others followed suit.

"You coming Ash?" Max asked half-way through the door "ah.. no, I'll stay here and get some rest, I just got here too" He laughed softly, but Max Immediately understood "alright, rest well" He said before closing the door and leaving to follow the others.

Ash's smile went away immediately as he sighed tiredly, crouching on his seat and looking longingly at Serena's Hospital bed "...Why haven't you woken up Serena..." He mumbled to himself, pained by the thought of her never waking up.

"If only.. that didn't happen to you- If only I!... I... was stronger..." he exclaimed, frustrated and stressed with the unconscious girl... not because she's unconscious but because she's... unconscious. (There's a difference I swear)

He sat back and huffed out another deep sigh, it wasn't obvious, but he hasn't been able to sleep well at night... Knowing that Serena isn't awake, it was eating at him mentally, at this point, he'd cope by telling the boys and asking for help but... he just couldn't.
