"Sorry, sorry, I just had to," I said and chuckled, they were blushing still as they avoided eye contact now "But anyways, after the battles this morning we'll talk privately over lunch Jessie," I said and she nodded "done!" Serena said "Let's head down with everybody," I said and they all agreed, Jessie and James went out first, as Serena was about to step out, I pulled her back in and kissed her forehead, She blushed madly and I chuckled, I took her hand and pulled her out of the room, she was too flustered to talk "Let's head down everybody, the others should be downstairs already," I said, they all nodded and we left the room, we headed downstairs and there we saw Max, Dad, Yellow, Angela, Paul, Trip, and Brock "Hey you guys, what took you so long?" Paul asked "we just finished some stuff," I said, "Do you guys already know who you're battling?" Gary asked "we are all battling strangers, all 8 of us" Trip said as he pulled out his ultra dex "Can't believe we're part of the top 18" Bonnie said putting her hand over her heart "My first ever tournament.." She whispered to herself, this made me smile and pat her head "It still feels pretty unreal huh?" I asked with a soft chuckle "Y-yeah..." she said with a wide smile "don't worry Bonnie! This is my first ever tournament too!" Max said "This is the first tournament we've really entered after 7 years" Paul said "right? it feels sOOoOoOo nostalgic" Gary exaggerated, this made everyone giggle and chuckle "top 18, then, after that wouldn't that be top 9?" Serena asked "A champion might be added in the mix" Paul said "or a trainer might back out, who knows?"
