Chapter 4

Ash's POV

"Are you going by an Alias?" Mr. Goodshow asked, I sat back a bit and thought deeply,  "honestly I would like all of Us to go by an alias" I said to him "That can be negotiable, but you'll have to reveal yourself somewhere in the competition" he stated "Yeah, why not... on my 6th battle?" I said.

"Yeah that'll be good, same for the others then?" He asked, wanting to make sure, "Yup" I responded "Well then, I'll go talk to Nurse Joy, The Emcee, and a Bunch of the Champions about this. Of course I'll just say about 4 people will go by an alias" He stated whilst standing up.

"Leaving already?" I asked looking up at him "I Have a Bunch of stuff to do, So I have to get going" he replied with a soft chuckle, I quickly decided to stand up "Alright then, I'll walk you to the door" I said as he and Me walked to the door, he said his farewells and I closed the door.

"Pikachu, Greninja, You two stay here for a bit, wait for my signal to come down okay? we can train a bit later, I'll see what Max and Gary are up to" I called out 'Alright!' 'You know how to call us' they responded using telepathy,

I left the room and went downstairs to look For Max and Gary, I spotted them and it looked like they were spying. I sighed and followed their curious gaze, it landed on Nurse joy talking to Brock, Willingly, "You two stop it, we have training to do" I whispered "Shhhhhh" they hushed, I sighed in defeat "Maybe later I guess" I said to myself and decided to step out of the Pokémon center.

I looked around and started to walk around the Place "It's been so long since I've been here.." I muttered to myself, suddenly I felt myself bump into something, I looked over to what I bumped into, and it was a woman, "Sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you" I apologized.

"Oh no it's alright! Say err, can you help us?" She asked "Depends on what you need help with" I stated firmly "We just need to get to The Pokémon center, we're kind of lost" she giggled embarrassedly, I looked behind her and saw 2 other people, a young girl and a Tall male with glasses, they look to be siblings.

"Sure, Follow me" I offered "Thank you, and please lead the way" she said, I then led the way to the Pokémon center, as we entered I noticed Nurse Joy and Brock quickly separate "Man!" Max and Gary exclaimed disappointedly.

"Y-you two what are you doing!" Brock scolded loudly, The two boys looked each other and said "Run for it!" simultaneously and ran away, Brock cleared his throat and regained his posture and stood next to nurse Joy professionally "Hello, welcome to the Pokémon center, how may I help you?" Nurse joy asked 

"Me and my brother would like to register for the tournament, and my friend would like to enter the performance battles" The small blonde girl said "Alright, please just scan your Dexes here and then I can register you" Nurse joy explained with a soft smile, they got their Dexes scanned one by one, as I talked with Brock and Chansey.

I became quiet as I heard Nurse Joy mention "Alright Clemont, Bonnie, Serena, your room is 46" my eyes widened slightly and I subtly glanced at the three of them 'Now that I think about it, they do resemble them!' I thought. 

"Mr. Uhm.." Nurse joy turned to me "...Satoshi" I quickly said "Mr. Satoshi, please lead them to room 46, if that's alright" Nurse joy asked, "Of course, follow me" I replied, and once again walked with the three, up the stairs to the 4th floor, heading straight to room 46, 

They thanked me and slipped the key into their door, Coincidentally Our room was next to theirs, so I decided to just go back in our room, but before I could, I heard Clemont struggle in turning the Key's "Eh? why won't it open?" Clemont grunted, I went over to them and checked the key and the the Keyhole "this is probably the wrong key" I mentioned taking out a Poke ball,

They looked at me curiously as I sent out Scraggy 'Ash? Am I battling?!'  "Scrag Scraggy!" Scraggy exclaimed excitedly, taking a battle stance, I smiled slightly and pat his head "Nurse Joy gave us the wrong keys, can you go down and ask for the right ones? Room 46" I explained, he stared up at me processing what I said for a second but he immediately saluted and took the keys from my grasp and took off

The Three individuals next to me just stared "Will your scraggy be okay?" The little girl asked "He'll be fine, he has a hard head" I bluntly joked, they blinked and processed my joke, soon laughing.

 "You're pretty Funny uh.. say what's your name again?" Serena asks "Satoshi" I replied 'Ash!' "Scrag!" A familiar voice rang out the hallway, I looked back and saw Scraggy with the Keys, I walked over to him and held out my hand, gently placing the keys in my hands, "thank you Scraggy" I thanked and walked him over to our room door, Letting him inside.

"Here you are, this should be the right key" I said and handed them the keys  "Well then Satoshi, thanks for everything, I hope we can talk again some other time" Serena thanked with a sweet smile "I'm sure we will, Serena" I responded, she looked at me confused.

Before she could ask me anything, I rushed into our room, shutting the door behind me in the process, I saw Max and Gary hiding in a corner "you two, I can't even deal with you right now, come on, let's do some training, Bulbasaur, Eevee stay here" 'alright!' "Bulba!" 'Okay!' "Eev!", me, max, Gary, Lucario, Greninja and Pikachu head to a confined battle ground behind the Poke center.

They quickly stood in front of me in a line "Lucario, you spar with Pikachu, Greninja you'll spar wit-" I got cut off by Samurott escaping his poke ball "Samurott!" It roared "I guess Samurott" I said as they started to spar "Max and Gary, Max your Gallade spars with my Gardevoir and Gary your Umbreon spars with Quilava" they nodded and let out their Pokemon, they all started to spar, I sat back and watched them train, 'they've improved a lot' I thought 'other than training..' 'Serena is now stuck in my mind'
