Ash's POV

"I'll beat your girlfriend first" I said with a soft chuckle and ran to the platform "For the # match! on the Red side! Red Satoshi and on the Blue side! Misty Kasumi!" the MC announced, the crowd roared, i stood there proudly, my 11 year old self excited 'how long has it been since i felt this way..?' i thought as i smiled to myself "Please send out your first Pokemon!" the Referee said "Psyduck come on out!" Misty called "Bulbasaur Come on out!" I said like 11 yea old me would say "Begin!" the referee called "Bulbasaur Vine whip!" i said quickly "Psyduck use confusion!" Misty called bu Psyduck just stood there confused, Bulbasaur' Vine whips hit Psyduck one by one accurately "Psyduck use Scratch!" Misty called, "Bulbasaur use Razor leaf!" I called, it hit before Psyduck could get his scratch in, Psyduck fell unconscious on the ground "Psyduck is unable to battle send out your next Pokemon" The referee called, the audience roared loudly "Psyduck return, Gyrados come on out!" Misty called "Bulbasaur return, thanks bud" i said "Pikachu, let's give them a show!" i said excitedly "Your streak ends here Red!" Misty said confidently as she put her fingers on the ornament on her hair "Let our times together show its worth, lets show everyone our strong bond, Gyrados Mega Evolve!" she called out confidently as her Gyrados mega evolved "There we have it folks! Misty's Mega Gyrados!!!" The host hyped, the crowd cheered, i smiled and took the first attack "Pikachu use Quick attack! then Iron tail!" I said confidently, with that Pikachu used quick attack on Gyrados "Gyrados try to dodge!" Misty called "You say my streak ends here when you're the one using a mega Gyrados out of water" I said to her with a smile, which i know, pissed her off "Gyrados rainy day!" Misty said, Gyrados was hit with iron tail, but after he made it rain in the Colosseum "Pikachu quick attack again" I said, he nodded and performed a quick attack, but before he hit misty called "Twister!" and with that a hurricane like water way trapped Pikachu, this made my grin widen "Give up now Red! no one has ever gotten out of Gyrados' Twister!" She said aloud, the crowd started to murmur between themselves "Thanks for the tip misty, can you hear me bud?" I called, i heard a 'Pika!' echo out "Good! Use thunderbolt!" I called "That won't work satoshi!" She said , the thunderbolt was seen to shoot out of the top opening of the twister "Now climb Pikachu!" I yelled, this shocked everyone, Pikachu then jumped out of the top "Thunderbolt!" I said before misty could attack, and with that, Gyrados fainted "Gyrados is unable to battle! The Match goes to Red Satoshi!" The Referee yelled, i then got Pikachu and walked out the field with a smile "Good Job there Red, i would've never expected you to do that" Gary said "I guess today is full of surprises ain't it?" I chuckled, me and Gary went to our seats but on the way we could hear yelling "What do you mean you have to leave?!" Misty exclaimed "My siste-" Rudy was cut off "You just got here! Leave your sister for more than a second will ya!" Misty complained, and with that, Rudy got pissed "It's Over!" He said and walked away angrily and Misty stood there dumbfounded, on the verge of tears, i pulled Gary away from the scene and headed over to our seats, then the battles between the others started, we watched all their battles and after all their wins we went back to the Poke Center for some rest, as me and the guys got in our room Gary came up to me "Hey Ash can i talk to you about something?"Gary asked, "sure Gary whats up?" I asked "Earlier.. with what happened to Misty i.." He cut off "Feel bad for her?" I asked, i saw him nod "well try to talk with her, you shouldn't ask permission from me, i'm not the one to tell you who and who you shouldn't like" i repeated, he smiled and ran out "hope she doesn't kill you Gar" i chuckled to myself and fed my Pokemon

Gary's POV

i ran to the Coliseum and saw misty still standing there, eyes red, i slowly walked up to her, she looked up at me but sadly looked back down "what do you want..?" She asked trying to sound mad "I heard what happened earlier" I said "and?.. what are you going to do..? Laugh at me?" she asked looking away from me "I just wanted to see if you were okay.." i said sincerely to her "why..?" She asked still looking away from me "Everyone needs a shoulder to cry on" I said to her, she sighed and looked up at me with her tear stained eyes, i got closer to her and gently hugged her, she didn't push me away, instead she hugged me back "Thank you.. Blue.." she said "I'm.. sorry about everything we've done to you and your Crew.." she apologized, i was shocked, but she doesn't know that "It's alright.. it's our fault anyway.. we we're sticking our noses into other people's business.." I said "You guys are just being normal considerate people" she said, i smile softly and pat her head "And you guys are just hurt.." I said, she looked up at me confused, i chuckled and stroked her hair "It's nothing" I said, she nodded and laid her head back on my chest "I should.. get goin back.." She said "Yeah.." I said as she slowly pulled away, before she got to far away, I gently stroked her hair "I think you'll look really pretty if you grow your hair out" I said, she giggled softly "I'll grow it out then" she said before we both said goodbye and Went the other direction the other went to 'I'm even more falling in Love..'
