I closed the door behind me."Gary.." Mrs.Leaf called out softly, walking towards him hesitantly, Gary stepped back when she was close, this made her stop "...Gary?" she concernedly called "Why...are you here now?" He asked "We.. just wanted to see how you were doing.." Mrs.Leaf said, scratching the nape of her neck timidly "but... you left me didn't you?" Gary asked in a calm tone, this made his parents flinch "Gary it isn't like tha-" "And you made me grow up with replacement parents" He added "Gary we-" "Gramps told me you didn't have a choice, but it's been 18 years, only for me to find out, that my 'Parents' weren't actually my parents and that my real Parents just left" Gary said, not hesitation in his voice, knowing his words were a source of pain for his parents, Mrs.Leaf looked down, guilt written all over her face, I sighed "Gary... we didn't have a choice, Me, your mom, Red and Yellow were needed, for the safety of kids like you" Mr. Blue stated calmly "But why make me think that the people taking care of me was my real parents?" He asked, starting to get mad, "We didn't want you, a Kid, to think that we, your parent's, abandoned you"Mr. Blue answered with a stern voice, Gary was about to say something when the door opened, "I heard from Brock that you two were here" My Dad said peeking through the door, soon letting himself In "Red..?" Mrs.Leaf called shocked, Dad looked around the room and felt the Uncomfortable atmosphere, he looked at me, and I looked at Gary, he understood quickly and sighed "It's better if you guys sit down and talk it over calmly" Dad said with a warm smile, thankfully the 3 of them Listened and sat down "ah, I'll get some snacks and things to drink" Max said heading into the Kitchen, I put down Angela and told her to help out Max, she nodded and did as told, I sat next to Gary and Dad sat next to me "By the atmosphere of the room, I'm guessing you were already arguing, or was just about to start arguing" Dad pointed out, this made the family of 3 flinch "You say that so bluntly.." I whispered to him, his expression turned serious and I just sat back quietly "as I was saying, Gary, we only did that to make sure you live a good childhood, where your parent's are there to play with you, annoy you, ....Love you" Mr.Blue said, the pain showing in his eyes, Gary sat there quietly, looking down, "We.. were hurt too..the thought of leaving our first born son with people who he'll familiarize as his parents... was painful, even if we did.. tell you, the chances of our survival from this mission, was... slim, very very slim.. if we died-" "If you would have died I would never forgive you, if you died, Gramps would tell me all of this, just to tell me your dead. how do you think I would feel? 'your real parents are actually dead..' It'll make me feel like sh*t" Gary said, his voice cracking, he was obviously holding back his tears, I gently rubbed his back, Max and Angela came in and set down some drinks and sandwiches 'Take Angela to your room and keep her company for a while' I said to Max using Telepathy, he quickly took Angela and went away, I saw how Gary was trying so hard not to burst out crying, I glanced at his parents and saw them with wide eyes and trembling hands, Mrs.Leaf stood up and hugged Gary, that was enough to make Gary start sobbing, he hugged her back tightly and hid his face in the crook of her neck, she held back her own tears as she comforted her son, Mr.Blue walked over to the Mother-son pair and Hugged both of them tightly "We're sorry.." He apologized sincerely, this made Mrs.Leaf cry out loud, hugging Gary and Mr.Blue tighter, but this made the two run out of breath "h-honey, w-we c-can't brea-eath" Mr.Blue said, this made he pull away from the hug, this made them laugh "This family truly is a sight to see" Dad said to me "hm? why's that?" I asked "They look like they can be siblings" He said with a cringe worthy expression "They do look a lot a like" I said not even arguing "Gary resembles Blue a lot" Dad said "right? they look like twins, if maybe Mr.Blue was  year or two younger" I said, He chuckled "But, Blue and Leaf changed a lot over the years, back then I was shorter than Blue, now I' sure I'm taller than him" he sighed "People grow Dad" I said "what are you two talking about? hmmm?~" Mrs.Leaf asked snaking her arm around Dad and I's shoulder "How you two are so much shorter than me now~" Dad teased, She then whacked him on the head "I'll kill you" she said 'They seem like good friends'
